Out of all the villains in Dragon Ball Super, Zamasu is unquestionably the evilest of the bunch. His hatred for mortals grew to such a dangerous extent that he tried to end the life of every regular person with his draconic plan called Project Zero Mortals.

Vegeta Saga
Lesoy – An Arlian warrior who won the title from Greger in a duel. He is the first person to be killed by Vegeta on-screen. Lesoy is killed when King Moai orders him to destroy Vegeta and Vegeta shoots his head with a finger beam, destroying it entirely.
During the fight, the Grand Supreme Kai takes control of Buu's body and it's revealed that Buu once had god ki, but it was destroyed when the pure Majin Buu was killed by Goku.
Vegito blue has a power level of 10.8 Septillion, therefore Beerus most likely has a power level of 10.7 Septillion.
Appearances. Beerus awakens from a 39-year sleep and goes in search of a Super Saiyan God whom he saw in his dream, his search bringing him to Goku whom he easily defeats despite his opponent being in Super Saiyan 3 form.
As the main character, Goku eventually surpassing Beerus is all but guaranteed. After all, Goku's journey is one of encountering and overcoming obstacles. It was demonstrated with Demon King Piccolo, then Frieza, then Kid Buu. Beerus is yet another obstacle for Goku to overcome.
Jiren. Jiren is the strongest member of the Pride Troopers and is Toppo's closest and most trusted friend. He is also the strongest fighter of the 11th Universe and is Goku's main rival in the Tournament of Power.
Dende is canonically one of the weakest characters in the series through sheer virtue of not being a fighter by any means. He makes up for this, however, by being a member of the Namekian Dragon Clan. Instead of fighting, he heals. It's his healing that keeps the Z-fighters alive during their fight with Frieza.
The God killer! ULTRA Vegito's vow to kill all Gods. ULTRA Vegito is the main protagonist of the Dragon Ball Super UV series by CALLMEARJ. ULTRA Vegito is the resulting fusion between Perfected Ultra Instinct Goku and Ultra Ego Vegeta by the use of the Potara Earrings.

Janemba – Goku fuses with Vegeta and kills him as Gogeta using the Stardust Breaker. In Dragon Ball Z: Shin Budokai, Goku and Vegeta finish Janemba off with a combined Kamehameha. Future Kid Buu – Goku kills him with Gohan, Goten, Future Bardock, and Future Gohan using their Kamehamehas to wipe out Future Kid Buu.
In the early days of Dragon Ball, there existed a being strong enough to beat the God of Destruction Lord Beerus, but Goku accidentally killed him.
In-universe, Goku dies on November 28 and is revived on November 3 of the next year in order to fight Nappa and Vegeta. Goku later sacrifices his life at the end of the Cell Games, opting to stay dead for seven years before having his life restored by the Rou Kaioshin during the events of the Majin Buu arc.
The Namekian elder and his people were slaughtered by Vegeta in his quest for the Namekian Dragon Balls, and due to a technicality, stayed dead throughout the remainder of the series.

Android 17 was originally a human named Lapis, and the younger of he and his twin sister Lazuli. The twins were notorious delinquents, who Dr. Gero would meet by chance while looking for fresh material for his experiments. He then kidnapped them and restructured them into Android 17 and Android 18.
Grandpa Gohan was a loving and caring man who became the adoptive grandfather of Goku when he found him near the landing site of his space pod when he was a baby. When Goku first landed on Earth, his mission was to, in time, destroy the entire human race and sell the planet to another race.
