These terms apply to your use of Calendar-Australia.com. By using the site, you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

Using the site

The calendars are free to view, print and use for personal, educational and internal business purposes. Please do not:

• resell the site's content or republish it in bulk;
• copy the site with automated tools, or put a heavy load on it;

Accuracy of dates (disclaimer)

We work hard to keep our dates correct, but we cannot guarantee that all information is complete, current or free of errors. Public holidays and school dates are set by governments and education authorities, and they can change. Some holidays apply only to part of a state or territory, and moon phase times are calculated and may differ slightly from other sources.

The site is for general information only and is not legal, payroll, employment or financial advice. Before making an important decision, such as booking travel, closing a business or calculating pay, please confirm the date with the relevant official source.

Intellectual property

The design, text and layout of this site belong to Calendar-Australia.com or its licensors. Facts such as public holiday dates are not owned by us, and you are welcome to use them. You may link to any page of the site.

Advertising and external links

The site shows advertising and links to other websites. We do not control those websites or the products advertised, and we are not responsible for them. Your dealings with advertisers and other websites are between you and them.

Limitation of liability

The site is provided "as is" and is free of charge. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any loss or damage arising from your use of the site or from relying on its information. Nothing in these terms excludes rights that cannot be excluded by law, including your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.

Privacy

Our privacy policy explains how we handle information.

Changes

We may change the site or these terms at any time. The date at the top shows the latest version, and continuing to use the site means you accept it.
