Manik Acorn (
In the "Mobius: X Years Later" arc, set in an alternate future, Sonic became King of Mobius, married to his love interest Sally Acorn, and had two children named Sonia and Manik (sharing their names with Sonic's siblings in Sonic Underground).
Sonia Acorn (Light Mobius) is the daughter of King Sonic and Queen Sally, and sister of Prince Manik Acorn. Sonia bears great resemblance to her mother, though has inherited her father's super speed and eye colour. She is princess of the Kingdom of Acorn and a member of the Future Freedom Fighters.
In the unaltered timeline, Sally at long last married Sonic, the love of her life. While they were deeply devoted to each other, Sally was often concerned for her husband's attitudes, particularly as he dealt with the frustrations of being king.
Five years after Christina's birth, Sonic and Sally decided to have another child, as Christina asked if she'll ever have a sibling. Nine months later, on the 13th of June, Jonathan was born. Five years later, on Christmas, Sally reveals she's pregnant again, and she's expecting a girl.

Sonic originally had a girlfriend
Originally, though, Sonic was given a human girlfriend. She was named Madonna and was a voluptuous blonde who towered over Sonic who is, after all, a hedgehog. Madonna was axed by SEGA of America though, who felt the character wouldn't be acceptable for the US market.
Amy Rose. Amy Rose is a pink hedgehog and Sonic's self-proclaimed girlfriend, who is an energetic tomboy. Amy was created by Kazuyuki Hoshino for Sonic the Hedgehog CD (1993), although she appeared Kenji Terada's Sonic the Hedgehog manga a year before.

Bernadette Hedgehog (aka "Bernie" for short) was the mother of Sonic the Hedgehog and the wife of Jules Hedgehog. Bernie was one of the students of Nate Morgan along with Sir Charles Hedgehog and future husband Jules (with whom she debated with and won all the time).
Following Sonic's triumph over Dr. Robotnik however, Maddie and Tom decided together to stay in Green Hills, where they took Sonic in as a part of the Wachowski family. While living with Sonic, she became a mother figure to the hedgehog.
Tabitha the Cat is the leader of the Freedom Fighters and is also Sonic's ex-girlfriend.
