Sokan was a form of lightsaber combat. Developed by the ancient Jedi Knights during the Great Sith War, Sokan combined tactics that allowed for evasion and mobility with the kinetic motions of Form V combat.
Kendosu, or the Way of the Varactyl, was a form of swordplay created by Jedi Knight Scott Borek in 14 BBY. Based on Republic records and personal account, the Form was conceived in 21 BBY to give the Jedi an advantage in combat against the Sith during the Great Galactic War.

Lucasfilm's new Star Wars movie, Star Wars: New Jedi Order, is effectively Star Wars: Episode 10 in all but name, and it makes sense for Rey's film to not continue the Skywalker saga despite being a Skywalker herself.
You may be looking for the sixth form of lightsaber combat known as Niman. Jar'Kai was originally a style of swordplay that utilized dual weapons, developed by the Yovshin Swordsmen. A similar dual-blade technique referred to as Niman was developed by the Royale Macheteros of the Kashi Mer monarchy.
Obi-Wan Kenobi used Form III.
Mace specialized in the seventh form of lightsaber combat, AKA Juyo or Vaapad. Windu was the only known practitioner of this form that didn't fall to the Dark Side, mainly because the style calls for an aggressive, unpredictable approach (much like Maul's, just less jumping around).

But one Jedi stands above the rest and needs to start getting recognized as the greatest Jedi who ever lived. That is none other than Obi-Wan Kenobi. While this saga is ultimately the story of the Skywalkers, Obi-Wan is arguably the best and most pure Jedi to ever come out of it.
Arguably, some of the rarest types of Jedi were the so-called Iron Knights. These are members of the Shards species - crystals with a brain of their own. They were Force-sensitive and all trained under the tutelage of Jedi Master Aqinos. The Shards had droid bodies, similar to that of General Grievous.
Jedi Battlemaster Cin Drallig and Grand Master Yoda had knowledge and mastery of all seven forms, including Juyo, befitting Drallig's role as lightsaber combat instructor at the Jedi Temple and Yoda's reputation of having mastered all forms of lightsaber combat as did Anoon Bondara, another lightsaber instructor.
Yoda mastered all fighting forms, but he preferred Ataru, or Form IV. And he did not stop there. Yoda also embraced Form I (Shii-Cho), Form III (Soresu), and Form VI (Niman), used each to supplement his proficiency in Ataru when necessary.
In fact, Yoda was trained in all seven forms of lightsaber combat and had full mastery and knowledge of all of them. He was considered to be the best instructor at the Jedi Temple when it came to lightsaber combat, knowing which forms were most appropriate for each of his students.
Properties. Kathracite crystals were the weakest of the Adegan crystrals and often used to create training lightsabers for the younglings who were apart of the Jedi Order. They produced a weak pale green blade which produced very little heat and was impossible to inflict wounds.
Kylo Ren's lightsaber form was something of a hybrid, which blended three styles together: Djem So, Juyo, and Niman. Djem So used an irregular reverse grip and was meant for practitioners who loved fighting with a more offensive edge - a perfect fit for Ren.
At first, Rey primarily fights with a lightsaber the same way she would have with her quarterstaff. However, after studying Luke's Jedi scripture and training with Leia, Rey probably uses Form VI: Niman, a jack-of-all-trades lightsaber form that combines different aspects of Forms I through V.
