There are three components of gratitude: (1) Thanking Allah by humbling our hearts to Him. (2) Thanking Allah by acknowledging His favours and praising Him with our tongues. (3) Thanking Allah by using all of our body parts to obey Him.
Alhamdulillah (Arabic: ٱلْحَمْدُ لِلَّٰهِ, al-Ḥamdu lillāh) is an Arabic phrase meaning "praise be to God", sometimes translated as "thank God".
Allah has blessed us with countless favours and bounties. As His creations, we should be thankful to him at every step. If we remain ungrateful, we would lose our blessing and Allah will not be happy with us. Allah has promised us on Quran, that He will grant us more if we're grateful to him for everything.
When any one of you sneezes and says 'alhamdulillah [praise be to Allah]', it becomes obligatory upon every Muslim who hears him to respond with: “Yarhamuk Allah [may Allah have mercy on you]'.
The literal meaning of Mashallah is "God has willed it", in the sense of "what God has willed has happened"; it is used to say something good has happened, used in the past tense. Inshallah, literally "if God has willed", is used similarly but to refer to a future event.
Mashallah is usually used to convey thankfulness for any event that has occurred in a person's life. It's a method for Muslims to pay respect and a reflection that whatever happens because of God's will. It's a method for us to express our gratitude to Allah, the originator of all things, for bestowing a bounty on us.
Blessings are commensurate with our gratitude. If you thank Allah for His favors, Allah will increase and bless them. But if you are ungrateful, favors will disappear and immediate punishments may follow in this life before the Hereafter. The greatest favor is deen (religion).
My Lord, enable me to be grateful for Your favor which You have bestowed upon me and upon my parents and to work righteousness of which You will approve and make righteous for me my offspring.

The Arabic phrase ʿalayhi s-salām (عَلَيْهِ ٱلسَّلَامُ), which translates as "peace be upon him" is a conventionally complimentary phrase or durood attached to the names of the prophets in Islam.

The first thing you can do to show gratitude to Allah(SWT) is by fulfilling your obligations to him. Pray five times a day, give zakat, observe fasting and obey his commandments. These are all ways of worshipping Allah and expressing our gratitude to Him.
"Whoever sends salah (prayer and blessing) upon me once, Allah s.w.t will send blessings upon him tenfold." There are so many benefits for sending prayers upon our beloved Prophet Muhammad s.a.w. It is also one of the most encouraged ways for us to express our love towards him.
Whoever accepts the truth from whoever brings it to him, whether they are young or old, whether he loves them or not, then he is humble. Whoever refuses to accept the truth because he regards himself as too important beside it, or as compared to the person who speaks it to him, then he is arrogantly proud.
Try to relax in your prayer and forget everything that could bother you in life. And remember, you're with Allah now and He deserves your full attention. Maintain good manners. Never lie or steal, be nice to the people around you, be gracious towards your parents, keep your promises, always forgive and be nice.

With Muslim families, you must say "mashallah" with every compliment lest someone think you are jealous and have the evil eye. Whereas in some cultures talismans, such as the popular Turkish Nazar, are used as defence against the eye, in the region it is held that Allah is the only protector against its evil.
Mashallah is an Arabic phrase that translates to “what God has willed.” Mashallah can be used to show excitement and thanks for something that has happened, similar to how alhamdulillah can.

As an oath-taking the name of God, religiously it is not meant to be used in casual proclamations but instead meant to convey the seriousness of a truth claim. By using the phrases, a person swears by God that what they are saying is the absolute truth.
