Accessing Secret Menus
If you're using a computer, log in to Netflix.com and hit Browse. You can also go to the URL https://www.netflix.com/browse/genre/ . If you're watching Netflix on your TV, just open the Search option, type the secret menu code, and hit Enter.
Open your browser and type netflix.com/browse/genre/ followed by your preferred code in the address bar. For example, enter netflix.com/browse/genre/11714 to browse TV dramas. You can also navigate to Netflix's search bar on your smart TV or streaming device and enter the secret codes.
Log into the Netflix account at Netflix.com. Select "Your Account" under the account owner's profile in the upper right-hand corner. Under the "Your Profile" heading, select "Manage Video Quality" Choose the option for the Quality you want and select the "Update Preferences" button.

Open the Netflix app. In the lower right, tap My Netflix . In the upper right, tap the Menu .
On Netflix-ready TVs, the Netflix app is on the main menu or home screen. If you don't see the Netflix app, but your TV has an app store, search for Netflix to see if the app can be downloaded and installed on your device. Note: If you don't have a Netflix app, you can try updating the system software on your device.
That last number, 6548, is the Netflix genre code for Comedies. Continue browsing by scrolling down, and you'll notice some genres are more narrowly defined than others.

When streaming content, the resolution used to show the content on the TV screen is determined by the streaming app. In addition, screen resolution may vary and display higher when the connection speed is high or lower when the connection speed drops or becomes unstable.
