Sasuke is currently stronger than naruto. Even though sasuke only has 1 hand, he can beat naruto. First naruto after becoming the hokage has become rusty and lost his form and sasuke has constantly been training and learning new techniques and adapting to his inability to learn to work like that.
5 WINNER: Sasuke Defeated Naruto But Spared His Life
After a long and grueling battle, Sasuke Uchiha reigned victorious over Naruto. Despite having flirted with the idea of killing him (especially to evolve his Sharingan), he elected to show mercy since "he didn't need to finish him off in order to become stronger."
Naruto and Sasuke are nearly equal in terms of power, but there have been times where Naruto has clearly pulled ahead. Naruto Uzumaki is one of the strongest known characters in the Naruto series, along with Sasuke Uchiha.
Currently, Jigen is the strongest known character in the world of Boruto. His powers were great enough to take on both Naruto Uzumaki and Sasuke Uchiha at the same time. As the fight between the two unraveled, Jigen's superiority over both Naruto and Sasuke became quite apparent.
Sasuke Uchiha is one of the strongest characters in the series right now and an equal to Naruto Uzumaki. With his Six Paths Yin powers and the Rinnegan, Sasuke appears to be unbeatable at times.
Hashirama Senju
This one is a pretty obvious choice, but it's worth restating. The legendary First Hokage, Hashirama Senju was known as the "God of Shinobi" for a reason. He was the only one capable of defeating Madara Uchiha during the latter's early life.
Naruto and Sasuke became the fastest two ninjas in the story after receiving their Six Paths powers. While Naruto got a massive boost with Six Paths Sage Mode, Sasuke also became skilled enough to keep up with him and also even teleport.
Senju is often referred to as the “God Shinobi,” so clearly, he is one of the best to have ever lived. Even Madara Uchiha, his rival, admitted that Senju was still stronger than him despite Madara's strength. Clearly, Senju is a shinobi who is more powerful than Sasuke.
In Boruto, however, fans witnessed Kurama's death and the questions rose up once again as to whether Naruto can win against Sasuke without him. To the fandom it seems that, although it would be extremely difficult, it is not impossible, and at worst the fight might result in a draw.
In Shippuden, Kakashi and his team managed to beat Itachi. Unfortunately, it was actually a clone that possessed just 30% of Itachi's chakra. It is true that Kakashi used a Susanoo in the battle with Kaguya, but it would not stand a chance against Itachi's.
Sasuke would have only won by outlasting Itachi, and if the latter had no reason to hold back then he would have gone all-out. When the two brothers fought against Kabuto, it was only because of Itachi's knowledge that they managed to defeat him.

However, Obito can't defeat Sasuke, as the latter, after receiving chakra from the Sage of Six Paths, became stronger than him and was able to fight against the likes of Madara and Kaguya. Also, Obito's Kamui would have no effect in front of Sasuke's Rinnegan, as it would let him enter other dimensions.
No doubt, Sakura is powerful, but in comparison to Naruto, her strength is insignificant. Even her temporary immortality can't help her put up a fight against Naruto, who can obliterate her without using his full power.
8 Couldn't Defeat: Madara Uchiha
However, before the fight could even get serious, Madara was struck down and used as a vessel for bringing Kaguya Otsutsuki back to life. Consequently, Naruto was never able to defeat him in combat.
Madara, capable of fighting Hashirama on equal ground, was one of the strongest Uchiha in history. Even after being reincarnated, Madara did not lose his powerful charisma and skill, easily overpowering the entire Shinobi alliance. Furthermore, he was fast enough to attack Naruto in his Sage Mode.
1 The Yellow Flash, Minato Namikaze
Like Tobirama, Minato also masters the Flying Thunder God Technique. Minato even possesses greater control over the technique, using it to earn the nickname The Yellow Flash. He is considered the fastest shinobi of all time and gained worldwide recognition for his abilities.
It is easy to see that Sasuke supplants Madara in every category except for chakra reserves as the latter was the jinchuriki of the Ten-Tails. However, Sasuke is far ahead in all the other categories. Consequently, Sasuke is undoubtedly the strongest Uchiha in Naruto.
This is simply because of the fact that Madara possesses one thing that Pain would never stand a chance against, and it's not his nearly unparalleled taijutsu abilties, powerful visual genjutsu, extremely powerful ninjutsu, or keen battlefield intellect, though all the factors would make it even easier for Madara.
As of now, Sasuke is the only person capable of matching Naruto Uzumaki in battle, essentially making him an equal to the Seventh Hokage. With Naruto having been sealed by Isshiki Otsutsuki, Sasuke would need to step up and get stronger if he wants to free him.
Sasuke is one of the mightiest shinobi in the Boruto world and was known to be Naruto's equal once. Although he also got weaker in recent years by losing his Rinnegan, nowadays, Sasuke could potentially have an edge over Naruto in combat.
