So here's the dirty truth: Sure, uncircumcised penises are prone to bouts of uncleanliness. But there are tons of body parts that get dirty and smelly if you don't clean them enough, like your mouth, armpits and feet. As in all other European countries, male circumcision is uncommon in Italy, a country with a strong Catholic heritage that values and promotes the integrity of the human body.
