While it's true that the center of Frozen as a franchise has always been the relationship between Elsa and Anna, Frozen 2 gives Anna and Kristoff a rather elaborate plot about getting engaged; meanwhile, when it comes to love interests, Elsa gets nothing.
We Got This Covered reported, “Disney has plans to give Elsa a female love interest” in Frozen 3. The site reports, “We're told it's definitely happening and again, the intention is for Elsa to have a girlfriend in the prequel, confirming her sexuality in the process.”
Frozen 3 could also naturally bring Elsa and Honeymaren together as a couple since they both live in the same location by the end of Frozen 2: the Enchanted Forest. After Elsa discovers she's the fifth spirit, she finds her calling as the mediator between the natural world and civilization.

In “The Fangs of Freedom,” Elsa was entertaining a relationship (and marriage) to cowboy Ennis (Eric Nelsen) — who was on board if she's pregnant after they had sex for the first time and even stood up to her father, James (Tim McGraw), who was none-too-pleased with the turn of events.
Anna is the daughter of Agnarr and Iduna, younger sister of Elsa, and current queen of Arendelle. She was extremely close with Elsa, but an accident during their childhoods prompted their parents to separate them from each other and the outside world.
The Yellowstone prequel never clarified whether Elsa (Isabel May) and Ennis (Eric Nelsen) consummating their relationship in 1883 season 1, episode 5 “The Fangs of Freedom" resulted in Elsa getting pregnant.
According to Jennifer Lee, Anna is 18 years old in the film, while both Elsa and Kristoff are 21 years old and Hans is 23 years old.
Elysium is the first daughter of Elsa and Jack Frost, protagonists in Frozen and Rise of the Guardians. She is also a Princess of Arendelle and Junior Guardian of Winter. She is the older sister to Elise and is the first heir to the Throne of Arendelle.
While Honeymaren and Elsa don't share any explicitly romantic moments — her friendliness toward Elsa seems just as openly romantic as her brother Ryder's (Jason Ritter) friendship with Kristoff (Jonathan Groff) — there are hints at something more, even if the filmmakers say that wasn't their focus.
Not long after Elsa (Isabel May) received assurances from her beloved Ennis (Eric Nelsen) that he would marry her, tragedy struck their wagon train: a gunfight with some marauding bandits took away the man who took Elsa's virginity. That's right: Ennis the cow herder is dead!
Save for their ill-fated sea voyage, very little is divulged about Elsa and Anna's parents, King Agnarr and Queen Iduna of Arendelle, in the original "Frozen" film.
Kristoff. Their adventure having brought them together, Anna and Kristoff began a romantic relationship.
Disney currently has an untitled animated movie scheduled for a November 26, 2025 release. Since the announcement of Frozen 3 was made only recently, and Disney has an established 6-year release pattern for Frozen movies, Frozen 3 could be scheduled to release November 26, 2025, if not later.

Spencer is sibling to Elsa and John Sr. He is a former soldier-turned-big game hunter who is called home from Africa to help his family defend their land. While in Africa, Spencer meets and falls in love with Alex (Julia Schlaepfer), and they return to Montana together to help his family.
Indeed, as there are no condoms or any other reliable form of birth control in the frontier, there's a real possibility that Ennis really did impregnate Elsa. Sadly, before 1883 could even drop any clues that Elsa was pregnant, Ennis died in the next episode while Elsa died during the finale.
