How to stop clothes from staining skin?

The acetic acid in vinegar helps to seal the dye in fabrics, preventing it from bleeding onto other garments. Additionally, vinegar can act as a natural fabric softener, reducing friction and minimizing color transfer during the wash cycle.
Vinegar and oxygen-based bleach are effective solutions for tackling color bleed on clothes. They work well to restore fabric dyed unintentionally without causing further damage. Mix white vinegar with an equal part of water to create a solution capable of reversing color bleed.
Chromhidrosis is the name for colored sweat, and it isn't uncommon. Both men and women can have chromhidrosis. There are several possible causes. One is that the sweat glands themselves can excrete a colored substance, such as lipofuscin, which often causes a yellow discoloration.

Adding vinegar directly to the wash with your laundry detergent may compromise its cleaning performance. A baking soda paste (two parts baking soda to 1 part water) is also a good trick to help lift blood stains. Apply the poultice directly to the stain and leave it for up to 30 minutes. After you've removed the paste, carefully blot the area with a damp cloth or paper towel then wash as normal.
Use a color run remover. They're all the same chemical, they all work the same. In the US, you want Carbona Color Run Remover ($2.62 at my local Walmart) or Rit Dye Remover. Follow the label instructions for “in a container” use and test the victim garments carefully for colorfastness.
60°C is the perfect temperature for killing bacteria, viruses and removing stains. This wash setting is also highly recommended for washing towels and bedding, but obviously this setting is going to increase running costs as the higher the temperature the higher the cost.
