After Doma's demise, Kanao wears Shinobu's hair pin instead of Kanae's, as the latter was destroyed during the fighting. Furthermore she loses visibility in her right eye due to unleashing the final form of Flower Breathing, even though the eye is unaffected visually.
She also loses the ability to see out of her right eye due to her using Flower Breathing's final form to take out the Upper Rank, with her eye gaining a defined pupil with a dark ring around it and becoming deprived of its gradient.
During his second encounter with Muzan Kibutsuji, he injures his right eye in the Infinity Castle. As the battle progresses, Tanjiro suddenly collapses and his wound begins to form a large mass over his right eye due to the poison inflicted on him by Muzan.
Kanao's quiet and serene demeanour. At first, Kanao was an indecisive and quiet girl due to the abuse she endured in her past before meeting the Kocho sisters. She became unable to make decisions by herself and repressed her emotions as a defense mechanism.
As we all have seen in the last chapter, Kanao used flower breath's final form, which may cause her to become blind (according to Shinobu). In this battle with Douma, it's been established pretty heavily that Kanao's eyes are special.
Kanao used the Final Form to defeat Doma, although it rendered her almost blind in her right eye. She later uses the technique once again to administer the demon antidote to Tanjiro.
Aoi in turn is shown to truly love Kanao and has come to genuinely see her as a sister.
Kanao's birthday was decided to be May 19, the day when Shinobu and Kanae adopted her. She is currently 16 years old, making her older than Tanjiro.
However, Kanao is more than just a dandere with a sword. She is noted for flipping coins to make her decisions, using the random chance of a coin to overcome her timid, indecisive nature.
Over a century ago, Doma held the position of Upper Rank Six ( 上 じょう 弦 げん の 陸 ろく , Jōgen no Roku?), and during that tenure, he turned Gyutaro and Daki into demons and introduced them into the Twelve Kizuki.
It was after Daki unleashed an attack and harmed multiple people, Tanjiro was extremely angry at this that his eyes were turning blood-shot red.
Tanjiro certainly did a lot of good with his Water Breathing techniques, but his ability to use Sun Breathing both gives him an edge in battle and allows him to stand out among the incredibly powerful Hashira he fights alongside.
Tanjiro then noticed that the other civilians were either dead or badly injured. This enraged him, and he soon stopped breathing, pushing himself beyond his body's limits. His eyes subsequently started to fill with blood seeping into the sclera of his eyes.
Kanao Tsuyuri and Inosuke Hashibira vs Doma is a battle that takes place in the Infinity Castle, between Demon Slayers Kanao Tsuyuri and Inosuke Hashibira and Upper Rank Two Doma. It occurs immediately after Shinobu Kocho's duel against Doma.
But, by the final chapter, there is a clear difference between the two in terms of combat ability as well as speed and strength. Hence, Zenitsu is stronger than Inosuke in Demon Slayer.
The two openly express their disdain with each other with Doma referring to Kanao as "the first time [he's] talked to such an unkind girl", with Kanao expressing her desires to "cut off his head and send him to hell as quickly as possible, initiating a fight between the two.
4) Kanao. Kanao is certainly on the same level as Hashira towards the end of Demon Slayer. Even Doma, who absorbed Shinobu, admitted that Kanao might be more skilled than the Hashira he had eaten.
Kanao is presumably 16 years old- a year older than Tanjiro. But when you see the Kocho sisters save Kanao she looks as if she was in between the ages of 5-7. The Kocho sisters look a lot older- Shinobu being at least a minimum age of 13 and Kanae being the minimum age of 16.
Kanao was born into poverty and as she explains, that while before she felt loneliness, pain, sadness and variety of other things, one day she snapped and stopped feeling anything at all. Nothing hurt her anymore after that. Even when her parents sold her, she did not feel sad.
Kanao's hair still appears to have changed colour after her fight with Doma, because the tips now turn from black to purple.
As for the "first ever Hashira"...that is unknown. As for the "last ever Hashira"...that would be Shinazugawa-san as well as Tomioka-san.
Eventually Zenitsu and Nezuko would marry and start a family as evidenced by their descendants.
Zenitsu Agatsuma
She apparently views Zenitsu as a "weird dandelion" and did not initially seem to reciprocate his feelings. Although the two are rarely seen interacting together, Zenitsu treats her with affection and care.
