SaneKana is the het ship between Sanemi Shinazugawa and Kanae Kocho from the Demon Slayer fandom.
Kanao Tsuyuri
Kanae took an interest in Kanao when she saw her being led away as a slave on the bridge.
She recalls that when Kanae died, she was unable to cry, but no one judged her for it. Kanao remembers how Kanae had advised her to value her comrades, and wonders if she did so correctly this time, as she cries for Shinobu.
Kanata and Sumihiko Kamado resembled Kanao and Tanjiro respectively. The existence of these two characters meant that Tanjiro and Kanao ended up falling in love and marrying each other at some point.
Nezuko marries Zenitsu Agatsuma in the Demon Slayer series.
After Doma's demise, Kanao wears Shinobu's hair pin instead of Kanae's, as the latter was destroyed during the fighting. Furthermore she loses visibility in her right eye due to unleashing the final form of Flower Breathing, even though the eye is unaffected visually.
She was killed by Doma.
Kanao never spoke before being adopted into the Demon Slayer Corps and continued to have difficulty speaking after officially joining the other demon slayers. To help with her indecisiveness and other struggles, Kanao often flips a coin she received as a gift.
Kanao's quiet and serene demeanour. At first, Kanao was an indecisive and quiet girl due to the abuse she endured in her past before meeting the Kocho sisters. She became unable to make decisions by herself and repressed her emotions as a defense mechanism.
Kanao Tsuyuri
The two openly express their disdain with each other with Doma referring to Kanao as "the first time [he's] talked to such an unkind girl", with Kanao expressing her desires to "cut off his head and send him to hell as quickly as possible, initiating a fight between the two.
Personality. Kanae was the polar opposite of her biological younger sister Shinobu Kocho; she was a sweet, patient and kind girl with an easy-going personality, which she is almost always seen in a soft smile on her face in the flashbacks of Shinobu and Kanao Tsuyuri.
Shizuka is seen often teasing Sanemi and making him annoyed, nevertheless, the two had still created a strong bond and relationship with each other. Eventually, after knowing each other for a while, Shizuka finally ended up having the courage and confessed, leading to them getting married after awhile.
Kanae has mentioned before that either he or his mother is half Japanese, which in either case would make him part Japanese. Kanae is said to have a beautiful sleeping face.
The truth about Kanao's age? You see Kanae Kocho is 21 years old (If she was still alive) and Shinobu Kocho is 18.
Conversation. Kanae Kocho, the Flower Hashira, was Shinobu's elder sister and adoptive elder sister of Kanao Tsuyuri.

Kanao and Tanjiro would eventually marry and start a family, having two great-great-grandchildren by the names of Kanata Kamado and Sumihiko Kamado between them.
Later it is revealed that he married fellow slayer Kanao Tsuyuri. In the Modern World, Tanjiro and Kanao had descendants named Sumihiko Kamado and Kanata Kamado.
Doma tried to explain himself to her but she ran and he knew he had to eat Kotoha her (so Muzan wouldn't punish him for his secret being revealed) and chased her to the cliff. Kotoha threw her son into the river to protect him, before Doma devoured her.
She is the biological older sister of Shinobu Kocho and the adoptive older sister of Kanao Tsuyuri. She was slain several years prior to the present story by Upper Rank Two, Doma.
Douma commented how the blood in her lungs must be so painful and that he would finish her off. She gave him a final blow before Douma held her in an embrace, breaking her spine, and ate her by absorbing her body into his.
Kanao Tsuyuri, Shinobu's adoptive sister, holds the rank of Tsuchinoto, one rank higher than the aforementioned Slayers. As a Tsuguko, she is expected to succeed her Hashira sister in the future.
Kanao Tsuyuri (栗花落カナヲ) is a talented young female demon slayer in Kimetsu no Yaiba ( Demon Slayer) series. A mysterious girl who always smiles calmly, but rarely talks on her own accord, and is often hard to grasp her emotions.
Kanao is a young girl with large, gentle eyes of a pink-lilac color that are framed by thick eyelashes. She has thin black hair, worn tied into a ponytail on the right side of her head and fastened by a pink and green butterfly ornament that once belonged to her adoptive sister, Kanae Kocho.
