Walt is forced to poison both Emilio and Krazy-8 in order to save himself, but Krazy-8 survives, forcing Walt to discover if he has what it takes to close loose ...
It's at that point in the episode that DEA agents Hank Schrader and Steven Gomez (of Breaking Bad fame) bring Krazy-8 in for interrogation, and he becomes a "rat" on the cartel.

Domingo Gallardo Molina, better known as Krazy-8, is the opening antagonist of Breaking Bad, serving as the main antagonist of the first half of Season 1 and a posthumous antagonist for the rest of the series.
Jesse didn't turn on Walt for money or advantages or to secure a softer sentence. He admitting his own crimes without any apparent thought for trying to cut a deal. He wasn't turning on Walt for his own benefit, he was doing it out of guilt.
Gus Fring tipped Hank off. Even though he did send the brothers to attack Hank in the first place, he warned Hank so that he would be aware of what's going on and proceed to kill them, thus wrapping up a loose end.
I understand the second time Walt ordered Jack to kill Jesse (in the desert after Hank died): Walt felt betrayed by the seemingly only person he held a soft spot for (other than his family). Jesse did something Walt never dreamed he would do, which was spill to the DEA.
In order to protect Kim from being prosecuted by Howard's widow, Saul confessed to everything at his hearing. As Kim watched on, Saul reversed his earlier statement about being threatened by Walt and Jesse and admitted that Walt would have died or gone to prison had it not been for him.
In the final scene, Hank figures out that Walt is Heisenberg while perusing Walt's copy of “Leaves of Grass” on the toilet. The book is inscribed: “To my other favorite W.W. It's an honor working with you.
Also, Jesse's gunfight with Casey is photographed in the same manner as Jesse's gunfight with Hector Salamanca's grandson, Joaquin, whom Jesse shot and killed in "Salud".
Why did Hector Salamanca not give testimony against Jessy Pinkman? Hector Salamanca was not a man to use the law or the courts to exact revenge, nor one to cooperate with the Police let alone on a case that could expose his own illegal behaviors.
Hector hates Jesse and Walt for their involvement in Tuco's death and attempted poisoning of him, but he hates the feds more, and so refuses to rat out Jesse.
Throughout the five seasons of Breaking Bad, Walt caused the death of almost 300 people, directly or indirectly. As the character descended into wickedness, Walt didn't necessarily seem to fall under the label of a psychotic murderer.
Eventually using the bike lock chained to the pole, Walt strangled Krazy-8 and killed him before his body was then disintegrated by hydrofluoric acid, making him Walt's first victim on Breaking Bad.
When Jesse throws Emilio's body into the tub to dissolve it with the acid, we get a close up of Emilio's face from the bottom of the tub. Though Emilio is supposed to have been deceased for days, you can clearly see his rapid eye movement from behind his closed eyelids, causing his eyelashes to blink rapidly.
Emilio Koyama is the cousin and right-hand man of Krazy-8, who worked as Jesse Pinkman's original partner in the methamphetamine business in Albuquerque, New Mexico. He and Jesse met when they were still in elementary school, and later became low-level meth distributors.
After Breaking Bad
In an interview, show creator Vince Gilligan confirmed that Walter Jr. eventually received his father's drug money through Gretchen and Elliott Schwartz, which he had arranged beforehand.
After doing a recent rewatch of the show, I think Hank originally obsesses over Heisenberg to get his mind off of his PTSD, and eventually continues to obsess over it to conquer his PTSD. First, the Heisenberg case is used to avoid going back to El Paso.
They run and take cover as Tuco pulls himself from the ditch and limps toward Jesse's car. But it's not the Cousins - it's Hank, following the LoJack on Jesse's car. He gets out and quickly recognizes Tuco.
He is sentenced to 86 years in prison, where he is revered by fellow inmates who recognize him as Saul. Kim is allowed to visit him under false pretenses and they share a cigarette. As she departs, he goes to the prison yard to see her off and gestures finger guns. Kim acknowledges the gesture and leaves.
After Walt tries one last time to intimidate Saul into doing his bidding, his cancer rears its ugly head in a series of coughs that bring him to his knees and let Saul know big bad Heisenberg is no more before he leaves for his new life in Omaha.
As described previously, the king may have been afflicted with either manic episode or mixed or major depressive disorder with psychotic features. Thus, it is likely that the king suffered from bipolar I disorder.
As Walt either wouldn't or couldn't do anything to save Jane, he decided not to wake Jesse up, knowing that her death would help him gain control over Jesse as a result, and possibly saving Jesse from the same fate and to protect his own criminal secrets. Walt watching Jane die.
Why didn't Jesse kill Walt? Because he was the bigger man. Jesse did not have to kill, he knew he had already taken everything Walter White cherished, his money, his family, and his manhood, and he did it without killing one person.
Many thoughts of grief may have flooded Walt's mind after Hank was killed in Breaking Bad, but the reason why Walt tells Jesse the truth about Jane's death is indicative of his true nature. Walt's evolution to becoming Heisenberg was created out of a series of events of desperation and tragedy.
