History. The original bearer of the curse and progenitor of all werewolves is Silas Vorez, who worked as one of the freaks in the sideshow "Harum Scarum" run by his mother Eliza.
Silas Vorez is the main antagonist of The Quarry.
The Harum Scarum Fire
Sixteen-year-old Kaylee wanted to free Silas, and convinced Caleb to start a fire so that she could open the cage while Eliza and the others were distracted. The fire quickly spread out of control, killing the entire Harum Scarum crew within minutes.
Nick is one of nine playable characters in The Quarry and also happens to be the first character that becomes infected by the werewolf curse.
When Abigail and Nick meet up in the woods during Chapter 3, they will be attacked by a werewolf. Here, Nick gets unavoidably bitten, which passes on the infection and will cause him to turn into a werewolf.
In Chapter 6, Abigail accidentally pushes Nick in the pool, causing him to soak until the end of the chapter. If Nick survives to dawn, after returning to his human form, he will be once again covered in blood and his clothes will be torn.
The explanation for why she won't turn is that Nick and Abi were actually being hunted by both Caleb and Kaylee in the woods. Caleb will always bite Nick, but Kaylee can bite Abi. Kaylee is then killed by Laura at the end of Chapter 5, ending the risk of Abi turning. The werewolf hunting Abi is wearing a tattered top.
Laura must shoot Silas with a silver bullet to cure him of the infection.
In Chapter 3, Nick will always be attacked and bitten by Silas. Although players can choose to save or kill Nick in The Quarry, being bitten by Silas means that he can only be cured if Silas is killed by Laura at the end of the game.
Actor. Travis Hackett is a supporting character and potential antagonist in The Quarry. He is the sheriff of the small town of North Kill, located in Upstate New York. He was voiced and motion captured by Ted Raimi.
It is still possible to save Dylan if the monster bites his hand by using Ryan to amputate it before the infection spreads. This is best done by choosing the CONFIDENT dialogue option and then the CHAINSAW to successfully cut Dylan's arm off.
Nick. Nick and Abigail both have crushes each other at the beginning of the game, but are too shy to make any move.
Ryan will then tell the group that the girl in the pool is Kaylee Hackett, Chris' daughter. He thought she'd left camp but she was evidently still at Hackett's Quarry.
The first three chapters mentioned will lead to events that cause Max's death, but Chapter 10 has a direct way for Max to die. Specifically, if Max swims in the water Caleb will rip out his throat, effectively ending his life The Quarry.
Regardless of the costume, after being attacked by the werewolf Chris in the bunker, Max ends up bitten in the shoulder, though the wound later heals. After first transforming into a werewolf, Max's original costume is torn, causing Travis to give him a black T-shirt, gray sport pants and boots.
Abigail, Ryan, and Kaitlyn are the only protagonists who can get infected, but never turn into werewolves. The former is because she is always cured, and the latter two is because they get infected too late to transform.
You only need Laura, Jacob, Abigail, Dylan, Ryan, Emma, Nick, Kaitlyn, and Max to survive in order to get the 'Rough Night' Trophy, but if you want to ensure nobody dies in The Quarry except for a few unavoidable deaths, you're going to have to do the QTE's yourself.
In short, there is no one true ending in The Quarry, as the game encourages you to test different choices and decisions throughout alternate playthroughs as you attempt to seek out as many of the 186 ending variations as possible.
Saving Emma In Chapters Eight And Ten
She is discovered in the van by Kaitlyn, and Emma is a transformed into a werewolf. Kaitlyn can shoot Emma with a silver bullet to save her and the lives of other characters with her. To avoid this death, make sure Emma does not get infected in Chapter Four.
If Dylan is infected in Chapter 5 and Ryan does not cut off his hand, Dylan's survival is guaranteed, as Silas (and possibly Emma) won't attack him, he'll turn into a werewolf and no one can kill him.
Jed (Ben Levin) lost his werewolf powers after coming back to life, so he and Ben (Zane Philliips) left to live a new life together. Hope (Danielle Rose Russell) found a new normal with Landon (Aria Shahghasemi), who may have to stay in Limbo forever, but will never stop loving her.
You will be given the choice of whether you want to cut off his hand to stop the infection. Make sure you choose the “Desperate” option when you are prompted after Dylan is bitten to cut off his hand to save his life. You will also get the Just a Flesh Wound Achievement.
The hunting Hackett family is evil. For wanting to kill what is essentially a scared kid with no family left… even though killing him is their only recourse if they want to cure the lycanthropy of at least five people. But they're still evil!
The path will not be unlocked if Dylan's hand was not bitten in Chapter 5. This requires Abigail to leave the bags in Chapter 1.
