No one kills Kanao Tsuyuri in Demon Slayer; she survives the series, defeats the demon Doma with Inosuke, and lives a peaceful life with Tanjiro, starting a family, though she tragically loses her sight in one eye during that final battle. Her adoptive sisters, Kanae and Shinobu Kocho, were both killed by Doma, fueling Kanao's desire for vengeance, which she ultimately achieves.
Immense Stamina and Endurance: As a Hashira, Kanae had attained tremendous levels of stamina and endurance due to years of harsh training. Even when fatally wounded by Upper Rank Two, Doma, Kanae still helds on long enough to describes Doma's apperances, and traits to Shinobu before succumbing to her wounds.

Tanjiro also survives, and after the war, the Demon Slayer Corps disbands because demons are gone for good.
During the final battle against Muzan Kibutsuji, Kanao was shown to have completely regained the ability to properly express her emotions and make her own choices. Over the course of the battle, she shows visible feelings of anger and terror towards the Demon King as she and her fellow Demon Slayers take him on.
Doma was extremely disrespectful toward his opponents, which made him widely disliked. 😢 His cruelty was especially evident toward Shinobu's older sister, Kanae Kocho, whom he not only killed but also took her belt, likely as a twisted keepsake.
By the end of the manga, only one Hashira survives and lives a full life: Tengen Uzui, the Sound Hashira. The rest meet tragic ends, either in battle or due to the toll of their Demon Slayer Marks.
