There isn't one single "Queen of all Elves," as different Elven realms had their own rulers, but in J.R.R. Tolkien's Middle-earth, Galadriel is the most prominent and powerful female ruler, often called the "Lady of Lórien," the Wood, and the Galadhrim (the Elves of Lothlórien). She was one of the oldest and wisest Elves, a princess of the Noldor, who ruled her realm with her husband Celeborn and held one of the Three Elven Rings, Nenya, making her a significant figure of power and beauty.
Galadriel turns "dark" and scary to show what she would become if she claimed the One Ring, a symbolic and not literal transformation.

Gandalf the White by far. He's a Maia, an angelic being, and a strong one at that, and while he has some of his powers limited due to his role as an Istar, when he returns as Gandalf the White he gets access to far more of them than in his earlier Grey form. Galadriel is a powerful Noldor Elf but still just an Elf.
Tolkien's description of Gollum conforms to a Catholic – and Thomistic – account of envy, which is a “sadness of the soul”; and it is Gollum's unbearable sadness and his unquenchable desire for the one Ring that marks his character.
Everyone is going to have a different answer but, for elves, I assume this: The human equivalent is x5 up to 'mid-twenties' bracket. So, a '16yo' is 80 years while a '24yo' is 120 years. After that, the aging process essentially stops.
The Ring's effects
Inversely, the hobbits' good-naturedness and lack of ambition makes them less susceptible to the Ring's promises of power, as in Frodo and Samwise Gamgee, who are able to handle the Ring for extended periods of time.
Wizards like Gandalf are Maiar but took the form of Men. The wizards of Middle-earth are Maiar: spirits of the same order as the Valar, but lesser in power. Outwardly resembling Men but possessing much greater physical and mental power, they are called Istari (Quenya for "Wise Ones") by the Elves.

She is rescued by Elrond and his sons, but after fear and torment she is no longer willing to remain in Middle-earth, and she departs to the Grey Havens and sails over Sea.
The movie the Battle of Five Armies expanded on Tolkien's canon by saying that the white gems Thranduil wanted back from the dwarves were originally intended for her, but that she was captured and taken and tortured to death by Gundabad orcs before the order was completed.

The clearest same-sex relationship in the novel, in the eyes of scholars, is that of the ringbearer Frodo Baggins and his servant, originally his gardener, Sam. Tolkien described their relationship as like that of an officer in the British Army and his military servant or batman.
