The moment Beerus tried the Hakai on Zeno, he would be erased, unless for whatever reason Zeno was not conscious and/or lacked immunity to Destruction.
However, Beerus is extremely terrified of Zeno, in a manner very similar to how the Kais and other gods are scared of Beerus himself. He has a fearful respect of the Omni-King(s), to the point where he will headbutt through his own table to bow to him.
