Koro-sensei (formerly the "God of Death") didn't have a wife in the traditional sense, but his great love interest and the closest person to being his wife was Aguri Yukimura, a teacher who cared for him while he was a human test subject, and whose death led to his transformation into the yellow octopus. She asked him to teach her class (Class 3-E) in her stead before she died, which became Koro-sensei's mission.
