Widowmaker is a perfect counter for Ana as she can quickly take her head while focusing on healing her allies by shooting biotic bullets at them. The former can use her gun as an automatic weapon as well, which can burst down the latter in mere seconds.
Overwatch 2's resident ninja is one of the best heroes to counter Ana. Aside from his extreme mobility, Genji is equipped with high damage-dealing shurikens and the ability to deflect enemy projectiles. Genji's ability to deal damage while being nimble makes him deadly against Ana.
If Ana hits an ally, each shot will heal 70 HP, and it will slowly fill up over a period of approximately 0.85 seconds. Hitting a full-health ally will cause the shot to pass though without leaving a healing effect.

Lastly, unlike Widowmaker, landing a headshot with Ana's rifle will not deal any additional damage or healing, so don't worry about where you hit your targets.
The oldest hero in Overwatch 2 is Sigma, if we go by heroes with known ages. He is 62 years old.
Trivia. Genji can accomplish hero-specific achievements from other heroes thanks to this ability, assuming the designated requirements are made. For example, Genji and deflect Ana's sleep dart into an ulting enemy (Nap Time), or Mei's ultimate and freezes 4 enemies in the process (Cold Snap).

Overwatch 2 Ana Abilities
Holding her secondary fires allows you to zoom in using the Biotic Rifle's scope. Fires a dart that puts an enemy to sleep. Throws a grenade that heals and increases healing on allies, while damaging and preventing healing on enemies.
Ana's Ultimate ability in Overwatch 2, Nano Boost, grants her targets a massive 50 percent damage increase and damage reduction. While this buff can tip the battle in favor on its own, it is even more effective when combined with an equally powerful Hero or Ultimate.
In battle, Ana supports her allies from afar with her Biotic Rifle, restoring her team's health with carefully aimed shots. She is a powerful healer, but she takes quite a bit of time investment to get good at.
1.2 per second. 1.5 seconds. Ana fires a dart from her sidearm, rendering an enemy unconscious (though any damage will rouse them).
It may surprise many to learn that Ana is 60 years old and is one of the oldest members of the Overwatch 2 roster. Don't let her age fool you though, Ana is deadly accurate with her Biotic Rifle and Sleep Darts.

Moira is a great choice for players looking to dabble in the Support role; her abilities are easy to use while being quite beneficial to the team. Her Biotic Grasp easily heals and damages enemies by using primary or alternate fire.
1. Bennett. A Pyro 4-star Healer and buffer who has long been considered one of the best Supports in the game. His Elemental Burst, Fantastic Voyage, grants healing and an ATK buff to active characters standing in it, and his skill's low cooldown provides an option for shield breaking.
Lifeweaver can also provide some solid support for Ana, who brings the bulk of the healing. He can boost her and grant her healing as well as added mobility, giving her easier access to high ground with Petal Platform.
