Background. Monaka was initially described as being a hero of his home world planet, Wagashi. At some point in his past, he was said to have fought against the God of Destruction Beerus. He managed to cause Beerus trouble, which makes him later claim Monaka as the strongest fighter he's ever faced.
Who is Beerus biggest enemy? It is Goku. I think this becomes absolutely clear in the Anime. He uses Monaka as a bluff to motivate GOKU his most strongest foe to gain even more power so that he can actually fight Beerus close to his full strength.
In a word, Saitama is the most vital being in his universe and would probably have no trouble beating Beerus.
Additionally, Beerus is not hesitant to kill other lifeforms, even his rival, Goku, as he threatened to destroy Goku if he got involved with Zeno and irritated or angered the Omni-King.
15 Will Surpass: Goku May Have Already Surpassed Beerus
Literally referred to as the "State of the Gods," it would be no surprise if Ultra Instinct Goku could already beat Beerus. As the main character, Goku eventually surpassing Beerus is all but guaranteed.
Although Jiren is said to be able to defeat a God of Destruction, it's unlikely Beerus is at risk of suffering that defeat. Beerus has yet to use 100% of his powers in Dragon Ball Super thus far, whereas Jiren at 100% struggled against Mastered Ultra Instinct (MUI) Goku.
Whis is one of the strongest beings in existence, and interestingly enough, only his father and the Omni King are confirmed to be stronger than him.
Being trained by Beerus in the ways of Destruction Energy, Ultra Ego Vegeta would presumably be nearly equal to him. While Beerus likely still wins the fight, Vegeta is probably the closest mortal to actually being on similar ground with Beerus.
Given his role in the series, one would think that Shenron would be one of the most powerful beings in the universe. That's far from true, however, and he actually has some rather potent fears. One figure Shenron is visibly afraid of is Dragon Ball Super's Lord Beerus, who had an unexpected effect on him.
Beerus's strongest technique, Hakai (破壊, lit. "Destruction") can be used to completely obliterate objects and entities within the universe. Hakai is able to instantly destroy the body and even souls of mortals and low-tier Gods, which can be seen in action when Beerus uses the technique on Zamasu and the ghost of Dr.
Beerus and Champa's Father, King Everclear. He was formerly the King of Beerus and Champa's home planet, Eno. He was a close friend to the former God of Destruction, Spyritus, a God who, for greed, managed to kill both the Universe 6 and 7′s gods of destruction, in order to gather the two universes in one.
The more energy he exhausts the earlier he needs to go to sleep/hibernate. Weakness: Beerus is incredibly lazy. If Shin (Supreme Kai of 7th universe) is killed, Beerus will also die as well.
However, Zeus was afraid of Nyx, the goddess of night.
Nyx is older and more powerful than Zeus. Not much is known about Nyx. In the most famous myth featuring Nyx, Zeus is too afraid to enter Nyx's cave for fear of angering her.
Zeus and his brothers and sisters finally defeated the Titans after 10 years of fierce battles (the Titanomachia). The Titans were then hurled down by Zeus and imprisoned in a cavity beneath Tartarus.
Hestia was regarded as one of the kindest and most compassionate amongst all the Gods. Perhaps the first example of a benign God or Goddess. Generally speaking, Hestia has a low key role in Greek Mythology.
While Dragon Ball's Goku has unlocked god-like powers of his own, he still doesn't stand a chance against Lord Beerus, the God of Destruction if the two were to ever fight again. There is, however, one classic Dragon Ball hero who actually could fend off Beerus with one ingenious attack.
Although Broly is thought to be stronger than Beerus, it can't be denied that Beerus has extra powers up his sleeve, such as Hakai. Beerus' status as a God of Destruction ultimately gives him the edge over pretty much anyone — including Broly.
Frieza cannot expect to defeat a God of Destruction who can casually destroy halves of planets on the tap of his fingernail. Plot armor had always affected Beerus' strength, and it's probably not a great idea to buff Frieza so much that he can casually go toe-to-toe against the likes of Beerus.
His soul was destroyed when Future Zeno erased all Universes from the timeline (in the manga) or Universe 7 (in the anime).

As the series progresses, Krillin becomes Goku's closest ally and best friend as he fights every villain along with Goku or before him and is often depicted as the comic relief.
