Aside from agility and telekinesis, Yoda could absorb and redirect Force attacks, like lightning. Because of his higher understanding, he would easily overcome Darth Vader in a fight, though that doesn't mean it wouldn't be a difficult battle.
As seen time and time again, the Sith Lord could easily cut down almost anyone who got in his way, and he rarely ever lost a fight. Yet at the end of Star Wars: Return of the Jedi, Luke is able to beat Vader to the ground with relative ease, and so what was different from all of Vader's previous fights?

1 Darth Sidious
There has been no Sith, as powerful, meticulous, nor as evil as the Emperor himself, Darth Sidious. As previously mentioned, Sidious trained in the Dark Side by Darth Plagueis before Sidious killed Plagueis in his sleep, making Sidious a Sith Master.
On the surface, a bout between the two could be written off as an easy win for Superman. He is capable of punching foes into outer space and fast enough to circle a planet in the blink of an eye.
Darth Vader will utterly destroy; Black Widow, Hawkeye, Captain America, Black Panther, Bucky… pretty much anyone who doesn't have any overwhelming super human abilities or technology. Now lets move on to the ones who at least stand a chance, but Vader could probably beat.
Darth Vader's power thoroughly outclasses Cap's abilities in ways that Cap just can't over come. None of Cap's skills would be much use against the Force and even if he did get in close with Vader, he'd have to deal with the Sith Lord's crushing cybernetic strength without his shield.

Darth Vader lost his left arm and both legs when Obi-Wan Kenobi defeated him on Mustafar. After turning to the dark side of the Force, Skywalker severed Mace Windu's right hand to save Darth Sidious when Windu tried to kill the latter.
