In Thriller Bark, Nami is kidnapped by the zombie Absalom, who tries to force her to marry him. The crew's cook Sanji tries to rescue her, but Absalom incapacitates him and attempts to complete the wedding.
As the series progressed, Nami developed feelings for Luffy.
Series creator Eiichiro Oda has previously answered the question of whether or not Nami has a love interest. One Piece SBS Volume 34 confirms that it's not really a priority. While romance does exist within Shounen manga, it's rarely considered a major story beat. The One Piece series is no different in that regard.
Charlotte Pudding is one of the members of the Charlotte Family and a part of the Big Mom Pirates. She's one of the main characters to appear in One Piece's Whole Cake Island arc, where she is chosen to be Sanji's betrothed.
Zoro x Hiyori
They shared intimate moments and Zoro might even find a sense of belongingness when he's with her. Throughout his tedious journey, Zoro met a lot of potential partners but the connection he seems to have with Hiyori seems special as Wanokuni has immense influence over Zoro's life.

Tsundere - Zoro has a heart of ice, as he does not show his emotions at all. Although he is characterized in this way, he cares a lot about Nami.

In particular, her possible love interests include the likes of Luffy and Sanji. The former is an interesting case, since Nami was shocked by Luffy's first kiss on Whole Cake Island. By comparison, Robin doesn't have any romantic moments like Nami does.
Boa Hancock
Whenever Boa Hancock was shown on-screen, fans were awestruck and went crazy for her charms. As a result, Boa is considered the most beautiful woman in the One Piece universe.
Unlike the other popular ships, such as Sanji x Nami and Luffy x Hancock, neither Luffy or Nami have shown any romantic interest in the other. Critics of the pair also point out that Luffy lacks any romantic awareness and has shown no interest in women at all, making the possibility of him being with Nami unlikely.

That Nami went to hug Luffy because she was happy to see him after being separated in what could be considered a long time in the OP world, but the mention of Sanji just turned a happy hug into a comfort hug.
Nami and Usopp are the two strawhats Luffy has the closest relationship with. This isn't disregarding the other strawhats as not being close, rather this is more like the two Characters Luffy is always seen around. Probably messing with them or interacting with them.
The Neo Marines arrive and Ain, a Neo Marine who possesses the power to reverse the age of anyone or thing by twelve years, turns Nami and Chopper into kids, and Robin into a teen. After losing to Z, the Straw Hats escape.
Robin is quite close to Nami and often spends time with her, particularly shopping when they have free time, and talking with each other. Robin sympathizes with Nami's frustrations at the male crew members' silly antics, but does not get upset by them. Similarly, Nami views Robin much like a big sister.
He is often cuddled by Carrot since she joined him on his ship. None of the women have kissed Luffy, but the first to lock lips with him is Reiju when she gave him mouth-to-mouth. In the anime, Marguerite bathed an unconscious Luffy whilst still clothed, in the manga she is naked herself.
When it comes to Luffy's romantic relationships, everyone has their opinion. Few fans even believe that Nojiko, Nami's adoptive older sister, would be a great choice for Luffy. She is the owner of a tangerine farm. Her kindness makes her the perfect candidate for Luffy's soulmate.
