There's no single "most mature" MBTI type, as maturity depends on individual growth, but common perceptions suggest Judgers (J), Intuitives (N), and Introverts (I) might appear more mature in youth, while mature versions of any type develop skills from their less-preferred functions, like an ESFP developing ENTJ traits for decisive leadership. Healthy development involves mastering one's function stack, not a specific type being inherently mature.
Stereotypically people consider introverted judging types to be more mature because they are less likely to be flexible. Intuitive feeling types are consider more mature because they are wise. ENTPs are considered very childlike because we are so flexible.
