The Hashira who hurt Nezuko by stabbing her multiple times with his Nichirin sword during the Hashira Meeting was Sanemi Shinazugawa, the Wind Hashira, who did so to provoke her into attacking and prove she was a threat, revealing his extreme hatred for demons and a personal vendetta against Tanjiro for injuring his brother, Genya.
All of the Hashira hated Nezuko at first except for Giyu and maybe Mitsuri, and one of those is literally the LOVE Hashira.
Sanemi stabs Nezuko again and taunts her with his blood, when the door of her box flies open. She emerges from inside and stares at him, breathing heavily. Shinobu warns Obanai he is pushing too hard on Tanjiro and asks that he ease his hold, but Obanai believes he is trying to escape.
Sanemi stabs Nezuko's box multiple times, prompting her to leave it. Seeing the Hashira's wounded arm, she is transfixed by the sight of his blood.
While Sanemi, Obanai, Shinobi and Tokito would killed Nezuko without any hesitation.
While many Hashira died in the fight, some survived: Giyu Tomioka, the Water Hashira, and Sanemi Shinazugawa, the Wind Hashira, both survive the final fight, carrying on the memory of their fallen comrades. Tanjiro also survives, and after the war, the Demon Slayer Corps disbands because demons are gone for good.
Fun fact: nezuko's favorite hashira is sanemi.
The only canonically LGBTQ+ character in Demon Slayer is Suma, one of Tengen Uzui's wives, who is confirmed to be bisexual and polyamorous in the series' databooks, showing affection for both men and women, including Tengen and her fellow wives, Makio and Hinatsuru. While other characters like Mitsuri are speculated to be queer, Suma is the sole officially confirmed character, with her relationship dynamic highlighting both bisexuality and polyamory within the Demon Slayer Corps.
By the end of the manga, only one Hashira survives and lives a full life: Tengen Uzui, the Sound Hashira. The rest meet tragic ends, either in battle or due to the toll of their Demon Slayer Marks.
Nezuko Kamado
At the Hashira Meeting, Giyu went as far as vowing to commit seppuku if Nezuko ever attacked a human, showing how much he cared and felt responsible for her.
Zenitsu Agatsuma
Upon seeing her for the first time, Zenitsu falls in love with Nezuko at first sight.
Giyuu and Sanemi died because of the mark at 25 years old, other Hashiras died during the fights. Tanjirou did NOT die - he lived a long and happy life because the curse of the mark was reversed, so we can kinda say that Muzan saved him by making him a demon even tho it was only for a short time.
Tanjiro Kamado
His kisses are usually placed on your lips and forehead. Because he is young and inexperienced, he's still not down for french kissing and whatnot. He also likes tightly hugging your waist and pulling you closer to him when you kiss.
Sanemi and Obanai rank low as their actions and abrasive personalities make them less likable.
Nezuko Kamado
Initially, Tengen didn't accept the Kamado siblings because Tanjiro Kamado was keeping his sister who was turned into a demon alive. Hearing that he had been traveling with a demon, Tengen vouched to kill both of them for breaking the corps rules.
Kanae Kocho
Not much is currently known about Kanae and Sanemi's relationship. Gyomei Himejima claims that Sanemi likes Kanae, although we do not know if these feelings were reciprocated or even if they were romantic or platonic.
The second Taisho era Hashira to fall was Kyojuro, who after thwarting Enmu's plot in the Mugen Train, was killed after an intense battle against Akaza, marking another loss for the Hashira.
Yoriichi Tsugikuni , the inventor of Breathing Styles, being the one who created the first ever Breathing Style, Sun Breathing.
He coldly insulted Mitsuri by telling her that only a bear, boar or cow would marry her, before leaving while telling her to forget they ever met. While this was maybe somewhat understandable, his harsh insults were completely unnecessarily.
Giyu is a man of strong equanimity, always wearing a calm and stern expression on his face. Having a stoic personality, and possessing a very strong sense of justice and responsibility, he had no tolerance towards those who don't know their own limitations and throw away their lives.
Megumi Fushiguro from Jujutsu Kaisen is widely interpreted by fans as being pansexual, due to his stated preference for a partner with a strong moral compass rather than a specific gender or physical trait, suggesting attraction to people regardless of gender, though the manga doesn't explicitly label him. While some interpret his romantic feelings for Yuji as pansexuality in action, he hasn't had explicit romantic storylines yet, but his broad criteria point towards being non-gender-specific in his attractions.
GIYU TOMIOKA (one of the coolest hashira and seems to have no feelings. GIYU is actually strong but it seems like his strength is not improving and you know that their opponent is a demon and not a human.
