Parakeets like budgies don't hurt at all in my opinion and don't seem to nibble so much, and lovebirds and parrotlets have a bit of a bite but they don't do it too often. Conures (like GCC & sun) are my happy compromise haha. They like to explore with their mouths, and a bite does hurt!
