It is possible that the spell, as it appears in the book, is the Fire rope charm, due to the novel's description of the fire as "a vast lasso" of flames produced from Dumbledore's wand. This spell is one of the last and most powerful spells that Albus Dumbledore uses with the Elder Wand, before his death.
Fawkes got Dumbledore out of the office using phoenix magic. It's made clearer in the book that Fawkes was the one responsible for his and Dumbledore's sudden disappearances. Dumbledore grabs onto Fawkes's tail, then they disappear in a flash of fire. “Fawkes circled the office and swooped low over him.
Dumbledore cared for Fawkes after each of his rebirths, and in return he was very faithful to the elderly wizard. Fawkes protected Dumbledore in his duel with Lord Voldemort by swallowing a Killing Curse aimed at him, and teleported Dumbledore away from the school when the Ministry attempted to arrest him in 1996.
Expelliarmus. Almost beautiful in its simplicity, the Disarming Charm is frequently used in wizarding duels, forcing one's opponent to drop their wand. As soon as a wizard casts this charm by bellowing 'Expelliarmus', a jet of red light shoots from their wand.
In Rowling's Harry Potter series, Dumbledore demonstrated the ability to possess wandless magic on several occasions, most memorably when he cast Aresto Momentum without a wand to save Harry from falling to his death during a Quidditch match.
