Carnage is a supervillain appearing in American comic books published by Marvel Comics, usually as an adversary of Spider-Man and the archenemy of Venom.
Dr. Carlton Drake is one of the two main antagonists (alongside Riot) of the 2018 film Venom, the first installment of Sony's Spider-Man Universe. He is the misanthropic CEO of the Life Foundation, who is bent on fusing humanity with Symbiotes in order to "save" the human race.
Many now recognize Venom as one of Spider-Man's greatest villains, with their rivalry made stronger by their similar appearances. Despite that, well-known Venom host Eddie Brock wasn't actually a villain for very long either, with the character having become an antihero less than a decade after being introduced.
Symbiotes like Venom are immensely powerful, possessed of great strength and endurance, but they also have two extremely common weaknesses: fire and sound. Numerous foes have used these to best Venom and other symbiotes, and Peter Parker even originally repelled the symbiote suit by exposing it to a tolling bell.
For a while, Carnage was basically top dog in the symbiote pecking order. Just as Venom is a step beyond Spider-Man in terms of strength, Carnage surpasses Venom in terms of both power and potential for destruction.
A symbiote is only as strong as the bond that it shares with its host. With that in mind, Venom is the clear winner, having formed a number of strong bonds since making its debut back in issue 252 of The Amazing Spider-Man.
In a fight against Carnage, Sinestro's years of experience as a former Green Lantern and his indomitable will curb stomp Carnage. With his own mind as the limit to his powers, there is no way Carnage can defeat the Master of Fear.
The only truly foolproof weapon against Venom and his fellow symbiotes is the touch of Anti-Venom. Anti-Venom was born when a cancer-ridden Eddie Brock was healed by Mister Negative.
While at the house fire, Mary Jane uses the firetruck siren to hinder Venom long enough for Spider-Man to beat him into the burning building. As soon as a firefighter tells Mary Jane the building is clear of people, Spider-Man does what he must... he forces the building to collapse and kills Venom once in for all.

Venom has endured as one of Spider-Man's most prominent villains, and was initially regarded as one of his three archenemies, alongside the Green Goblin and Doctor Octopus.
A mercenary for hire, he played an important role in the series Deadpool; T-Ray served to remind Wade Wilson, also known as Deadpool, what a failure he was. He is Deadpool's archenemy for many issues and almost everything that happened to Deadpool was a part of an elaborate plan orchestrated by T-Ray.
The Green Goblin might just be the most well-known of all Spider-Man villains. He's one of those villains we all just love to hate — he's got a great story, a great design, and great character relationships.
Venom was eventually rated PG-13, with the violence toned down.
Who would win in a fight between carnage and riot? Carnage does have more abilities, but was like a rampaging kid and Venom ate it to kill it. Riot was cunning, and was even able to rip Venom from Brock and would have eaten him if Brock didn't rebond with it.
Dylan Brock is the son of Eddie Brock and Anne Weying. When Anne bonded to the Venom symbiote, she somehow became pregnant with Dylan. He was created by the symbiotes in order to destroy their god Knull and sever him from the hive-mind.
Carl Brock's appearance in Amazing Spider-Man #375 depicts him with a full head of hair, but Venom: Dark Origin and subsequent appearances depict him as a balding man with a moustache. Venom Vol. 4 shows him as balding in the present, but with a full head of hair in flashbacks to Eddie's youth.
Though Venom ultimately kills Carnage at the end of the story, he's too slow to stop Carnage from awakening Knull and luring the dark god to Earth.
As Venom, Brock could exhibit super strength and immunity to the powers of other heroes like Ghost Rider's Penance Stare and Spidey's spider-sense. Venom is weak to fire and sonic energy, however.
While in prison, Venom produces an offspring named Carnage. (He reproduces asexually, in case you were wondering.) Venom doesn't tell Eddie about it, and Venom and Eddie escape prison. Once they're gone, Carnage bonds with Cletus.
Hawkman is one of DC's most formidable heroes, and that would go a long way in a fight against Venom. Venom has the strength advantage, but Hawkman's flight and dive-bomb attacks give him great weapons against the symbiote bonded hero.
Combining with the nearby Brock, the symbiote shared his hatred for Spider-Man, as well as mentally sharing with Brock its former host's secret identity of Peter Parker. From there, the two would be known as Venom, seeking violent retribution against the man who had wronged both of them.

Exiles. The Earth-15 psychotic Peter Parker and Carnage combine to become the "Spider", and becomes a member of Weapon X in Exiles. He is killed when Firestar explodes from her powers.
