Kaguya Otsutsuki easily has the most chakra out of every character in the series. As an Otsutsuki, she already has a tremendous amount of chakra, but after consuming the Chakra Fruit and obtaining the Ten-Tails, she became completely unmatched. 2 WEAKNESS: Sasuke Struggles With Commitment Issues
Even after being rehabilitated, Sasuke struggles with commitment issues and is difficult to rely on. He vanished from Konoha and Sakura even after she becomes pregnant, preferring to wander the world and reflect on his past instead.
The Rinnegan can not be turned off, so if Sasuke doesn't cover it, he'll continuosly lose chakra. That's why he keeps it covered in order to save his chakra.
