Because of this, he blamed the Illuminati and decided to travel back to Earth to get revenge, angrier than he has ever been. The following series, World War Hulk, depicted the Hulk at an insane level of rage.
How strong is Hulk at his angriest? While the answer to the first question is a cautious maybe, the answer to the latter question is an emphatic yes. In fact, the Hulk can lift in excess of one hundred tons at the peak of his rage, as Marvel has indicated in several of their handbooks.
Depicted as an evil version of the Hulk from an alternate future (designated by Marvel Comics as Earth-9200), the Maestro possesses Bruce Banner's intelligence and the Hulk's strength and more malevolent personality traits.
The Professor
The strongest Hulk versions in the comics integrated Banner's brains and Hulk's strength. Professor Hulk numbers among the most powerful, emerging when the individual traits of the Hulk merged into one being during Peter David's run in the early 1990s, among the best Hulk comic book storylines ever.

The Hulk may be known as one of the angriest characters in all of fiction, but these 20 can definitely give him a run for his money. Don't make the Hulk angry, you wouldn't like him when he's angry. That has been the Marvel Universe's number one rule ever since the Hulk debuted in The Incredible Hulk #1 in 1962.
After becoming Captain Universe, the Hulk was perhaps the most powerful he could ever be, and ever will be. The blue color from the Hulk is explained through his temporary bond with the Uni-Power. As a cosmic-powered entity, Blue Hulk is unstoppable.
The Hulks are iconic green monsters. Their skin is green. They bleed green. Even their feces are green.
The Orange Hulk was part of the Black Legion who served Weapon Omega. He was presumably constructed by McCoy or the Sugar Man in their genetic recombinant vats. He defended the Apocalypse ship in Manhattan and attacked the last human settlement where the X-Men fell.
The answer; there isn't one. The amazing thing about the Hulk is that unlike nearly every other superhero ever created, the Hulk's strength has absolutely no upper limit. He can lift a commercial airplane – which weighs around 100 tons – when he is at his calmest; that's no problem for him.
Immortal Hulk is the result of Bruce Banner and the Hulk having been through different deaths and rebirths, allowing the Devil Hulk to seal the other incarnations away and become the dominant Hulk persona. Unlike the other Hulk incarnations, Immortal Hulk is content with waiting inside Banner.

Due to this safeguard, the Professor is ultimately the weakest of the three primary Hulk incarnations despite being the physically largest. Professor Hulk has the attributes of three Hulks: Grey Hulk, Savage Hulk, and Banner.
