Lucifer has several sisters, but in the popular TV show Lucifer, his closest sister is Azrael, the Angel of Death, who is very close to him before his fall, and another prominent one is Lilith, his first wife in some lore, who appears in the show as his mother (the Goddess) in human form. Other angelic sisters include Remiel, Gabriel, and Saraqael, though these are less central to Lucifer's story in the show.

Amenadiel and Mazikeen definitely aren't from the Bible, though Mazikeen's name is taken from Jewish apocrypha.
Because they identify Michael with Jesus, he is therefore considered the first and greatest of all God's heavenly sons, God's chief messenger, who takes the lead in vindicating God's sovereignty, sanctifying his name, fighting the wicked forces of Satan and protecting God's covenant people on earth.
Maze or Mazikeen is one of the Lilim, a daughter of Lilith, and the henchwoman and on-again-off-again lover of Lucifer Morningstar .
Just before Chloe Decker died, she arrived to give her sympathies to Lucifer before she died. Selective Invisibility: Azrael has the power to make herself invisible and choose who can see her. She can also only be heard by those who she allows to hear her. Typically only dead Humans will be able to see her.

According to Faustisse, Lucifer and Lilith are absolutely in love with each other. In "Overture", Charlie tells the story of how Lilith and Lucifer would meet and fall in love. Together, the two gave Adam's second wife, Eve, an apple that was said to grant knowledge and free will.
Adam and Eve were virgins at the time of the Fall. That this was so was implied by the widespread description of Mary as second Eve.
Lucifer's "real" name depends on the context, but in religious texts, it's often considered a title meaning "light-bringer" or "morning star," not a personal name, with his actual name often cited as Samael (in Jewish tradition) or simply the Adversary/Satan in the Bible. Lilith is a principal character in Stephen Brust's To Reign in Hell (1984), where she is the love interest of both Satan and Lucifer at varying points.
