"A woman's job" historically refers to traditionally female-dominated roles like caregiving, teaching, nursing, administrative work, cleaning, and cooking, often called "pink-collar" jobs, but this concept is changing, as jobs are increasingly seen as roles for anyone with the right skills, not tied to gender.
