He won't tell her what is wrong. He says he can't see her anymore. If he'd imprinted on Bella in that moment (and it happens the first time you see the person after you've phased), he would have answered all her questions. Pretty much, he would have given her anything in the world she wanted.
In Jacob's case, he imprinted on Renesmee — who he affectionately dubbed Nessie — when she was a baby, so no, it doesn't mean he's in love with her. Jacob just has a strong bond to Renesmee and is more of a protector and as she gets older, will be a best friend, someone who's there for her when she needs it.
Jacob was initially in love with Bella, but she chose Edward and gave birth to Renesmee, a half-human, half-vampire hybrid. As part of the imprinting, Jacob will only be a brother figure to Renesmee until she comes of age, by which time she may develop romantic feelings for him, and vice versa.

Their child would be 1/4 human, 1/4 vampire and 1/2 werewolf, which would make them a threat to the Volturi. Renesmee is fertile as she is 1/2 human. The only aspect of herself that is a vampire is that she'll never age after she matures and she drinks blood.

Despite accepting this, she blows up when she learns Jacob imprinted on her daughter, Renesmee. While it's certainly a creepy situation, she was okay when it was someone else's young child.
The result of it caused Edward to nearly kill Jacob for telling Renesmee how he felt about her when she wasn't ready but instead Jacob was punished by not seeing Renesmee for two weeks. Renesmee later came around having feelings for Jacob and the two have been together since then.

Seeing as she's half vampire, one would think she would age much slower than humans, since vampires can't age at all. However, poor unloved Jacob shouldn't have to wait eighteen years for his happily ever after, so Renesmee grows abnormally fast, and will magically stop aging once she reaches sexual maturity.
Jacob is extremely insecure and does a lot of abusive things to Bella. This isn't to say that Edward was a saint as he did some messed up things, too, but Jacob was often out of control. He would use his emotions to manipulate Bella to try to get her to be with him.
Bella falls in love with Jacob in New Moon. I think it's easy to understand why this fact doesn't occur to her. Bella has only fallen in love one time, and it was a very sudden, dramatic, sweep-you-off-your-feet, change-your-world, magical, passionate, all-consuming thing (see: Twilight).

Members of the Quileute wolf-pack do age if they do not phase for a long time; Jacob's body has physically grown to the equivalent of a 25-year-old in Breaking Dawn but stops aging after that. Jacob is the largest and strongest of the pack.
She also can survive on a blood diet, like the other members of the Cullen. While she prefers human blood, like all vampires, Renesmee can subsist on a "vegetarian" diet. Though she does not prefer it, Jacob Black turns the animal blood diet into a game for her in order to get her used to her family's way of eating.

He would most probably die depending on how severe it was. Jacob said in Eclipse that if a vampire bit him, or one of the other shape-shifter, it wouldn't kill him, but if he already had a cut of something to that affect(combined with the venom) that could be fatal.

Why was Bella mad that Jacob imprinted on Renesmee? Because she told him she and Edward were going to have a 'normal' honeymoon while she was still human and Edward, a vampire. He was worried that Edward would not be able to control himself and would kill Bella.
It is implied that Renesmee's growth will slow down until it ceases at the age of seven, by which she will have the appearance of a young woman. She may be able to live for centuries minimum, if not more.
