'He will wipe every tear from their eyes. There will be no more death' or mourning or crying or pain, for the old order of things has passed away.” The LORD is close to the brokenhearted and saves those who are crushed in spirit. He heals the brokenhearted and binds up their wounds.

"Blessed are those who mourn, for they shall be comforted." The Good News: God will never abandon us during our times of grief. Instead, he will always provide us with love and hope.
Sympathy Bible Verses for Loss of a Mother
Many women do noble things, but you surpass them all. Isaiah 66:13 - As one whom his mother comforts, so I will comfort you. Corinthians 1:5 - For as we share abundantly in Christ's sufferings, so through Christ we share abundantly in comfort too.
Ecclesiastes 12:7 says tells us what happens when a person dies. It says, “Then shall the dust return to the earth as it was; and the spirit shall return to God who gave it.” In other words, when a person dies, his or her spirit goes back to God, the body returns to dust and the soul of that person no longer exist.
No matter what a person's preference is, from the Christian perspective, cremation does not prevent one from going to Heaven.
The reunion of believing loved ones
When Paul writes to believers who grieve the loss of a loved one, he offers them this comfort: “We who are still alive will be caught up together with them in the clouds to meet the Lord in the air” (1 Thessalonians 4:17, emphasis mine).
“Blessed are those who mourn, for they shall be comforted” (Matthew 5:4). The Lord will wrap His arms of love and comfort around those who trust in Him.
Don't say you know how the bereaved parent feels. Never say, "It must have been for the best," or "It was God's will." You can not make sense of loss in these ways. These kinds of statements can make the parents feel like you're minimizing their child's death. Never say the child is in a better place.
One of the last times in Scripture the word widow is used, the encouragement is equally clear, “Pure and undefiled religion before God the Father is this: to look after orphans and widows in their distress and to keep oneself unstained from the world” (Jas. 1:27).
God wants us all to reflect on life choices outside of his created intent and feel grief for the losses they create. When we don't let ourselves feel grief over sinful life choices, we block our ability to participate in God's grace.
God wants to use your grief to comfort others. “Praise be to the God and Father of our Lord Jesus Christ, the Father of compassion and the God of all comfort, who comforts us in all our troubles, so that we can comfort those in any trouble with the comfort we ourselves receive from God” (2 CorInthIans 1:3–4).
Lamentations 3:20-25
God is faithful, even when we are feeling broken by our losses. His love for us is greater than any human love possibly could ever be, and when we remember this, we find strength in his faithfulness. Grieving will not last forever, and there is hope.
In fact, the Bible indicates we will know each other more fully than we do now. The Apostle Paul declared, "Now I know in part; then I shall know fully, even as I am fully known" (1 Corinthians 13:12). It's true that our appearance will change, because God will give us new bodies, similar to Jesus' resurrection body.
What does the Bible say about cremation? According to most Biblical study websites, there is no explicit scriptural command for or against cremation. There are no passages that forbid cremation, according to most Biblical scholars.
After someone dies, it's normal to see or hear them. Some people also reporting sensing the smell or warmth of someone close to them, or just feel a very strong sense of their presence. Sometimes these feelings can be very powerful. They may be comforting but also feel disturbing.
You may feel like you've lost an important part of your support system. You may experience regret for lost family traditions and cultural knowledge. There may be times when you wonder how successfully you're fulfilling your own role as a mother. You may also find relationships within your family are now strained.
It is then that we can mourn our sins and who we once were while rejoicing in the new creation we are in Jesus. Blessed are those who experience this vulnerability because it will bring true the forgiveness and joy of Christ!
4. Revelation 21:4. He will wipe away every tear from their eyes, and death shall be no more, neither shall there be mourning, nor crying, nor pain anymore, for the former things have passed away.
John 11:25-26. "Jesus said to her, 'I am the resurrection and the life. Those who believe in me, even though they die, will live, and everyone who lives and believes in me will never die.' ”
Christians who knew and loved each other on earth will know and love each other in heaven. The life we enjoy in heaven is not going to be less than the life we enjoy now. In every respect it will be more. The whole point of this passage is to bring comfort to believers who grieve the loss of a loved one.
God will give everyone relationships that will meet those heart-felt needs completely. If you never had a parent you could trust, you'll find trustworthy parents everywhere in heaven. If you never had a child, those longings too will be fulfilled. If you never had a spouse, likewise.
One of the most common and well-known near-death experiences for those who die and come back is seeing a bright, white light. This white light isn't something to be afraid of. In fact, most report it coming with a sense of peace or even happiness. Many have speculated about the symbolism behind the bright light.
