Among these is Laird's study of introversion,1 carried on in connection with the standardization of the Colgate Mental Hygiene Test. According to this study, the tendency toward introversion is so much more marked in women than in men that different percentile scales are necessary for the two sexes.
Myers, McCaulley, Quenk, & Hammer (1998) found that within this sample 45.9% of males and 52.5% of women were extroverted and 54.1% of men and 47.5% of women were introverted.
Other researchers have found that women tend to be more agreeable than men, have higher levels of neuroticism [72,73], are more extroverted [70,74], and are more open to experiences [74].
Introvert girls are often considered to be dull and boring, but that isn't the case. Introverts may talk less but their silent energy is infectious and makes for an attractive quality. They are amazing people with great depths.

The data found that those with a high IQ got bored less easily, leading them to be less active and spend more time engaged in thought.
On the contrary, introverts have attractive qualities because they're active listeners. They speak less and listen more, which gets people interested in them. What makes introverts attractive is their ability to observe beyond the words people speak. They pay close attention to details and are extremely prudent.
If you look at some of the world's preeminent inventors, writers, and entrepreneurs, most of them are introverts.
