Kokushibo, the Upper Moon One, is renowned for his mastery of the sword and formidable array of abilities. Formerly a Demon Slayer, he honed his skills and created his own unique breath style known as Moon Breathing, which ranks as the second strongest breath style.

The number one ranked Kizuki is the terrifying Kokushibo, whose six orange eyes mark him out as one of Demon Slayer's most striking character designs.
Muzan Kibutsuji
The head honcho himself is Muzan Kibutsuji. Kokushibo may be the strongest demon around but Muzan is the creator.
The Demon Slayer Corps can be divided into 10 ranks: Mizunoto, Mizunoe, Kanoto, Kanoe, Tsuchinoto, Tsuchinoe, Hinoto, Hinoe, Kinoto, and Kinoe.
The only demon who survived Muzan's brutal layoff of the Lower Rank demons was Enmu, who pleaded for mercy and actually got it. He was the Lower Rank 1 demon, and Muzan figured that he would give him a chance to prove that he was worthy of receiving more of his blood. Major Abilities: Sleep Stimulus.
Doma ( 童 どう 磨 ま , Dōma?) is a major supporting antagonist of Demon Slayer: Kimetsu no Yaiba. He is a demon affiliated with the Twelve Kizuki, holding the second highest position, Upper Rank Two ( 上 じょう 弦 げん の 弐 に , Jōgen no Ni?).
His backstory was not at all tragic as he was a criminal in his human life. He fought Tanjiro, Nezuko, Genya, Muichiro and Mitsuri in one of the longest fights of the whole story. Finally, he was put to death by Tanjiro who chose to kill the demon by sacrificing his sister, but thankfully Nezuko had conquered the Sun.
Kaigaku is probably the weakest Upper Moon demon on this list. He served as a replacement to Upper Moon 6, Daki and Gyutaro after they were defeated by members of the Demon Slayer Corps. However, when he fought Zenitsu for the first time, he wasn't accustomed to his newfound powers.
Fortunately, Zenitsu was able to single handedly beat the Upper Moon 6. Not only did he defeat the demon, he also created a seventh form called the Flaming Thunder God. These are the demons who have been given the title of Upper Moon 6 in Demon Slayer.
Nezuko's rankings in the popularity polls are as follows: Nezuko ranked 3rd place in the first popularity poll with 3,319 votes. Nezuko ranked 11th place in the second popularity poll with 5,000 votes.
Tanjuro Kamado a recurring flashback hero from Demon Slayer : Kimetsu No Yaiba. He was the husband of Kie Kamado, and the father of Tanjiro, Nezuko, Takeo, Hanako, Shigeru, and Rokuta.
12 Hairo. Kyojuro Rengoku was an admirable Hashira who died a hero's death when he sacrificed his own life to prevent Muzan from killing the three aspiring Demon Slayers who were traveling with him.
Enmu was a slender young man who appeared to be in his mid twenties. He possessed a medium build and was of average height.
As such, the anime is now going to introduce a new character, Kaigaku, who will replace Daki and Gyutaro as the new Upper Moon 6.
He was a demon affiliated with the Twelve Kizuki, holding the position of Upper Rank Six ( 上 じょう 弦 げん の 陸 ろく , Jōgen no Roku?), a position he shares with his younger sister, Daki.
The journey begins at Mizunoto, the lowest rank, obtained after surviving the Final Selection exam held in the demon-infested woods of Mount Fujikasane. There are ten ranks in total, progressing from Mizunoto to Mizunoe, Kanoto, Kanoe, Tsuchinoto, Tsuchinoe, Hinoto, Hinoe, Kinoto, and Kinoe.

Murata, the Demon Slayer, who was almost digested on Mount Nagumo, is also a Kanoe.

Muzan, the King of Demons, is the strongest and also the primal demon in the world of Demon Slayer. Consuming his blood is enough to turn you into a powerful demon. He can control all the demons in existence, with only people with strong willpower like Nezuko being an exception.
Doma is considered as the third strongest demon in the series. The combination of his battle techniques and skills is powerful enough that he can take out a Pillar in Tanjiro's era without any difficulty. In the past, he beat Kanae Kocho, the previous Flower Pillar, and the older sister of Shinobu Kocho.
