The man that would be known as Nine was born with a Quirk that allowed him to control and manipulate the weather around him. His Quirk was immensely powerful and was viewed as a god-like ability. At the same time though, Nine was one of the many who felt outcasted in society and believed that it should not be this way.
As of now, Deku has access to seven Quirks, namely One For All, Transmission, Fa Jin, Danger Sense, Blackwhip, Smokescreen, and Float. The basic gist of all these powers is that they all come from the previous One For All users, with their abilities becoming stronger throughout the generations.

Nine is a villain and the primary antagonist for My Hero Academia: Heroes: Rising. Nine's initial quirk allowed him to control the weather; allowing him to summon destructive thunderstorms in an instant and even create a powerful tornado with himself at the epicenter.
He explains to Nine that he has All for One's quirk, which means he can have nine quirks as well as his own.

Tail (Mashirao Ojiro)
The worst quirk in class belongs to Mashiro Ojiro. His power is tail, and that's everything you need to know. He has a relatively strong tail, allowing him to pack an extra punch in hand-to-hand combat. He can also use it to swing around, similar to a capuchin monkey!
Deku's final quirk is known as 'gearshift'. It's a quirk that is activated via physical contact. It allows the user to change the velocity of anything they touch, meaning they can spontaneously slow things down, or speed things up.
Before he could capture him, however, Izuku Midoriya manages to arrive and prevent the villain from stealing his Quirk. Nonetheless, Nine manages to overpower the hero and even tries to steal One For All from him, but is surprised to see that he is unable to do so.
According to Deku's mother, the inherited quirk Deku should've naturally received would've either been his father's quirk, breathing fire, or her own ability to levitate small objects.
Hellflame (ヘルフレイム, Heru Fureimu?) is the Quirk used by Enji Todoroki.
Tsubasa ( 翼 つばさ , Tsubasa?) was a friend of Katsuki Bakugo as a child who helped him bully Izuku Midoriya for not having a Quirk.
All For One is arguably the rarest and most powerful Quirk possessed by any villain in My Hero Academia. This Quirk so thoroughly defines its bearer that he's taken it as his name. All For One's Quirk lets him steal Quirks from other people and use them as though they were his own.
Izuku Midoriya/Deku
The ninth and current user of One For All, originally born Quirkless like All Might was.
Deku is the ninth in the line of One For All Quirk possessors. Based on the Boku No Hero Academia manga, we know that All Might once told Izuku Midoriya that what took place in his dream in the season 4 finale wasn't possible.
Izuku was raised primarily by his mother Inko, who has the ability to make small objects float towards herself. His father, Hisashi, whose quirk allows him to breathe fire, is not seen due to him working abroad in the United States.
Fans know that his name is Hisashi Midoriya and that his quirk is fire breathing.
With time running out, Iida uses his special move Recipro Burst to unleash a burst of super speed and in an instant, Shoto steals Izuku's headband. Iida's engines stall, as a result, meaning he cannot move, but he takes a moment to remind Izuku he would try his best to defeat his friend.
Hisashi's Quirk allows him to breathe fire, as revealed by Inko to the doctor at the beginning of the series. The power level of his Quirk is still unknown, but if his occupation is heroism, then his Fire Breath must be pretty powerful. Inko's Quirk allows her to levitate small objects but is not suitable for heroism.
Trivia. Life Force, All For One, One For All, Fa Jin, Gearshift, and the unnamed Luminescence Quirk are the oldest known Quirks in the series.
After observing how the quirk reacted to the bodies of the users, all the previous wielders concluded that One For All could not be held by a user who already had a quirk. Thus, Deku is the last successor to the quirk, making him their last hope to take All For One down.
Who is the richest student in 1-A ? Momo has this one in the bag. At least going by feats, she's the only character who's shown to possess significant enough material wealth to be distinguishable (in those terms.) from the other rich students.
One For All offers immense durability, and a variety of other useful abilities, but none of them are as overpowered as Overhaul. With this Quirk, all Kai has to do is touch the current wielder, and their body will be blown apart instantly, and One For All will be destroyed as well.
