Reyna from Valorant isn't a straightforward hero or villain; she's a complex, anti-heroic figure, often seen as a villain due to her ruthless, soul-harvesting tactics driven by a desire to save her critically ill sister, Lucia, from Kingdom Corporation's experiments, making her actions brutal but motivated by love. She is characterized by her savagery, disdain for technology, and belief in Radiant superiority, contrasting sharply with healers like Sage, but also acts as a protector for other Radiants, building a sanctuary for them.
🚨 🆕 The hands-down best Valorant Agent for beginners is Reyna. She has a self-reliant playstyle and doesn't have any abilities that can affect her teammates.
KAY/O's main enemy seems to be Reyna. As the supposed leader of the radiant war, KAY/O seems to hold a grudge against Reyna for "what she did" to the members of the VALORANT PROTOCOL, which is largely unknown.
You need a Duelist Jett or Raze who can cause more chaos and has more mobility to get out of rough situations, not a Reyna. While she is the best at doing many things at once, she simply isn't the best agent for any singular category. That's why, when making pro competitive Valorant teams, Reyna tends to fall off.
Relationships. From what we can see in the teasers, Gekko's trailer, and from the voicelines, it is safe to say Gekko and Reyna know and trust each other, having a sort of mother and son/sibling relationship. Reyna does not appear to be biologically related to Gekko, but they share a close relationship regardless.
According to Reyna, there was something that happened to someone close to her (perhaps her little sister) due to Killjoy's machines. Killjoy appears oblivious to Reyna's malice.
Iso respects and admires Sage as a Chinese person who is older than him and ranks highly in the VALORANT Protocol, and thus has a friendly relationship with her.
Per Riot Games, a bug arrived with the 10.05 update. It prevents "Reyna from properly using Overheal from her Devour ability." This means her healing capabilities are not appropriately raising her health when used. That's caused her removal from the game's queues.
Reyna and Sage have great contrast in their abilities and behaviors: one is a genial healer, while the other's powers revolve around murder and death. Reyna often comments upon this, with sarcasm and mockery being common in her voicelines towards Sage.
Reyna was just disabled in VALORANT, due to a bug involving her Overheal that appeared in Patch 10.05. It's not often we see agents entirely removed like this so it'll likely be a quick fix!
Lucia is the younger sister of VALORANT Agent Zyanya Mondragón, AKA Reyna. She seems to be one of the main reasons why Reyna is helping the VALORANT PROTOCOL as Lucia is currently being monitored and treated by Viper.
Reina, which is also spelled Raina, Rayna, or Reyna in English, is a feminine given name with multiple, unrelated origins from a number of different languages and cultures.
Reyna Eye has 100 HP. Ghost does 30 damage.
Rachel also reveals Reyna's full name, Reyna Avila Ramirez-Arellano (Grover notes that her initials are RA-RA which annoys her), to show her faith in what Reyna must do.

This comes from her passive ability, which spawns a soul orb when she achieves partial or complete eliminations. From there, Reyna can choose between two of her special abilities to either heal from the soul orb or become intangible from it.

Alternate Timeline/Future Reyna/Zyanya Mondragón - Killed by KAY/O in the Radiant War as revenge for killing Brimstone. Unnamed Man - Possibly killed by someone from the VALORANT Protocol, mentioned by Fade.
While all these duelists are great choices, Clove is not only the best controller in the game, but probably the strongest Agent full stop. Clove is somewhat of a controller and duelist hybrid, securing kills with decaying, thrown fragments, and utilising effective smokes.
As stated above, Reyna's abilities work by harvesting the souls of her victims, and using them for her own purposes. Reyna can Devour enemy souls to regenerate her health and provide overshields, or use Dismiss to temporarily become invulnerable.
