Seeing as she's half vampire, one would think she would age much slower than humans, since vampires can't age at all. However, poor unloved Jacob shouldn't have to wait eighteen years for his happily ever after, so Renesmee grows abnormally fast, and will magically stop aging once she reaches sexual maturity.
Unlike the rest of her vampire family, she is also able to sleep. However, as a half immortal, she will continue to grow until her full maturity at the age of about seven, at which point she will appear to be about seventeen (like her father Edward) and will cease to age (as shown by Nahuel in Breaking Dawn).
In Book 3 of Breaking Dawn, Irina misidentified Renesmee for being an immortal child because she witnessed her inhuman capabilities and beauty from a distance, prompting her to report the child to the Volturi.

Edward reads Renesmee's mind. Edward hears inappropriate thoughts from Mike Newton about Bella and discovers Jacob's appearance using mind reading to pick up his mind.
At the end of the story, Renesmee watches her family graduates and celebrates it at their home. During the celebration, Renesmee tells her parents that she and Jacob are having a baby resulting Edward to chase after Jacob.
Although Edward and Bella tell him that Renesmee is an orphan that they've adopted, he discovers their biological relation when he looks into her eyes (which he recognizes as his own), but decides to stick to the adoption as their public story for their safety.
Fans know, in the end, Jacob and Renesmee do live happily ever after together, along with Edward and Bella. Shoutout to Alice's future-telling skills! She gave viewers a glimpse of the future at the end of Breaking Dawn: Part 2.

At the end of Eclipse, she becomes engaged to Edward Cullen, and they marry in Breaking Dawn, one month prior to her 19th birthday. On their honeymoon, she becomes pregnant, and, due to the peculiar nature of her baby, Bella nearly dies giving birth to their daughter, Renesmee.
Although both Edward and Bella are seen sparkling in the sun, their daughter has not inherited that trait. Renesmee has spent time in the sunlight in Forks, but she has never sparkled like her parents. Thankfully, this will make her life at school much easier as she will not need to avoid the sun.

However, readers and viewers did get to know a bit about his personality and the dynamics with his coven. Amun was actually mistrustful and paranoid, and he was especially protective of Benjamin.
While Bella was pregnant with Renesmee, she and Jacob felt incredibly drawn to each other and neither one of them knew the reason for this bizarre attraction because it wasn't based on their love for each other. In truth, Jacob was drawn to the unborn Renesmee.
By imprinting on Renesmee, Jacob has imbued her with protection from other werewolves in his tribe. Prior to taking her on as a romantic partner, Jacob would first act as an older brother to Renesmee until she grew up – which won't take long given her hybrid nature, which makes her age more quickly.
He does but in a different way. Once he imprinted on Renesme, the love he had for Bella shifted to her child. The whole philosophy behind his love for Bella was for him to stay connected to her bc of her child. Renesme was the reason his love was so strong and unwavering.
Jordan Rosalie is very caring to Bella because of Renesmee. She has always wanted children, because vampires can't have children, so she was very protective of this baby. Plus, even though she would hate to admit it, Bella is family, and Rosalie loves her.
Alice and Bella, ultimately, make him stop. Since Alice can see the future, she's able to tell Edward the exact moment to stop so he doesn't kill Bella. She shows him visions of Bella alive and well to help assure him he'll be successful in getting the venom out of her.
Because what makes Bella extraordinary to Edward is that her blood smells so good to him. He knows that if he were to drink her blood and kill her, she'd be the best thing he ever tasted.
Vampire venom is poisonous to the Quileute wolves, so they would die. But Renesmee isn't venomous. Female hybrids aren't venomous in general. I think it's actually stated in the books that renesmee bites jacob lol. So nothing happens really.
He would most probably die depending on how severe it was. Jacob said in Eclipse that if a vampire bit him, or one of the other shape-shifter, it wouldn't kill him, but if he already had a cut of something to that affect(combined with the venom) that could be fatal.
By the end, she's like 3 and a half months old. She was born in September and the Volturi come in December.
