In the Twilight series, Jacob imprints on Renesmee when she is just a few weeks old, while he is around 16-17 years old. Therefore, there is an age difference of approximately 16-17 years between Jacob and Renesmee when he imprints on her.
When they phase into a wolf for the first time, they stop aging. There are plenty-a-plot-holes here BUT if Jacob maintains a regularly scheduled shape shift, he can essentially stay young forever. This is a good thing because Renesmee will be Jacob's age physically in a mere few years.
So I was watching Breaking Dawn part 1 and realized Bella's pregnancy is 28 days long.

Renesmee even though she was a infant she was very smart a knew that her mother "Bella" was dying, & needed Edward's venom, she bit Bella"her mom" to snap her out of the moment of seeing her newborn 'Renesmee " so she could get the much needed venom from Edward, so she'd have a fighting chance of living.
Vampire venom is poisonous to the Quileute wolves, so they would die. But Renesmee isn't venomous. Female hybrids aren't venomous in general. I think it's actually stated in the books that renesmee bites jacob lol. So nothing happens really.
Renesmee got married to Jacob and made Lucina her maid of honor. In Have A Purpose, Renesmee reveals that she is pregnant. She gives birth to Evan and Sarah and appointed Lucina as the godmother to her kids.
Jacob was initially in love with Bella, but she chose Edward and gave birth to Renesmee, a half-human, half-vampire hybrid. As part of the imprinting, Jacob will only be a brother figure to Renesmee until she comes of age, by which time she may develop romantic feelings for him, and vice versa.

Renesmee grows up very fast. It's a part of her dhampir physiology. In the film they made her older than she was in the books, understandable because she's meant to be a child with essentially a young adult's mind. It's hard to find a child actor like that especially with certain physical features to look for as well.
Renesmee is fertile as she is 1/2 human. The only aspect of herself that is a vampire is that she'll never age after she matures and she drinks blood.
He has many scars on his body, face, neck and jaw from the bites of vampires he fought during his time in Maria's coven.
