In general, cheek fillers last anywhere from 6 months to 2 years,2 although this depends on the type of filler being used. Hyaluronic acid tends to last from 6 to 12 months, Calcium hydroxylapatite from 12 to 18 months,3 and ply-L-lactic acid for two years or more.
