Godzilla's heart weight varies by version, but a common estimate from analyses (like Popular Mechanics in 2014) suggests it's around 100 tons, acting as a massive nuclear reactor, though larger Godzillas could have much heavier hearts, with some versions having two hearts.
The opening credits give us numbers for Godzilla: he's 393 feet tall and weighs 164,000 tons. A Nimitz-class carrier weighs at most 117,000 tons. Godzilla alone outweighs the carrier.
Known as Gojira in Japan, Godzilla comes from the times of the dinosaurs. He literally eats radiation and has a nuclear-powered heart. On top of that, he is mutated by radiation from the Hydrogen Bomb that woke him up.
Godzilla's height and weight remain unaltered since KOTM. So he is 120 meters tall and 99,625 metric tons .
The Godzilla x Kong: The News Empire version of Godzilla is 177 metres long and weighs over 90,000 tonnes. Kong stands 103 metres tall and weighs over 50,000 tonnes.

King Ghidorah is probably the most popular of all the Godzilla villains, and he could also be considered the most powerful. Modeled after the legend of Yamata no Orochi, this gigantic triple threat was one of the greatest feats of the Toho special effects team.
Regenerative Durability. In the movie, Godzilla's regenerative ability proved to be very potent that any pieces of his flesh that broke off his body grew into starfish-like creatures. This enables him to reproduce asexually through either fission or even self-mutilation.
Though canonically Godzilla screams out “SKREEONK”, for many fans, he also bellows out “GAY RIGHTS!” Why has the world of Godzilla amassed such a devoted queer following? That certainly wasn't on the mind of original Godzilla writer/director Ishirō Honda back in 1954.
Godzilla feeds off of radiation, which ties into his Toho origins as an allegory for nuclear weapons.

"Shimo is a Komodo Dragon / Polar Bear with some Chameleon in the face. She was going to be an ice godzilla but there wasn't much information beyond that.
As someone else said, Mothra fits as the antithesis to Godzilla, at least for Toho incarnations of the character. Godzilla is a man-made destroyer, Mothra is a divine guardian of nature. For Monsterverse Godzilla, I'd say MechaGodzilla is his antithesis currently.
