Find username using your email address
Select Forgot Username or Password on the Login page. The page should default to the Forgot My Password tab, you will need to select the Username tab. Enter your email address in the Email box and press the Submit button. You will see a confirmation message.
If you do not have an email or phone number associated with your account, please contact Roblox customer support at roblox.com/support. Please choose a password that is brand new and unique to Roblox, do not use this password on any other site.
How to log in with an email. Enter the account email address and the account password. To use this feature, you must have a verified email address on your account. You can go to your Account settings page to add and verify your email address (or parent's email for Under 13 users).
Press the Email Me a One-Time Code button on the login page. Enter the email address that is verified on your account. We will email you a six-digit one-time code. Enter the one-time code to log in (if your email is verified on multiple accounts, you can choose one).
While an email address is not required to sign up for Roblox, we would recommend adding one anyway. That way, you will be able to recover access to your Roblox login account in case you forget the password or something else goes wrong.
If you're having problems logging in to Roblox because your browser or the app keeps crashing, make sure your browser and or/app is up to date. Sometimes, simply installing a Roblox update will iron out any login issues.
Using a Roblox password finder is not safe. Any service that claims to know Roblox account passwords is lying and can not be trusted. They will not provide users with the requested password, and will instead use any personal and/or profile information provided against the user.
Note: In order to verify your age, you must be at least 13 years of age with a government-issued photo ID (This can be a driver's license, passport, residency card, or any other government-issued identification document with your picture on it). A popup will appear and on your desktop computer, you will see a QR code.
I'm not receiving the 2-step verification email
If you have multiple email addresses, confirm you're checking the same one you added to your Roblox account. Check your spam, junk, promotions, social, and any other folders to see if the message was filtered by your email provider.
Change your password
At the top, tap Security. Under "Signing in to Google," tap Password. You might need to sign in. Enter your new password, then tap Change Password.
