Your birthdate is an important form of identity, and claiming alternative birth dates on legal documents or forms can be considered an act of fraud. If you believe that your reported birthdate is incorrect and is in need of correction, you can petition your court.
In order to appeal, go to our appeals portal located at https://appeals.twitch.tv. Appeals sent via any other means will not be considered. To view your recent enforcements and submit an appeal, log in to the appeals portal with the Twitch account you wish to appeal an enforcement on.
If your child is interested in streaming and is 18 or over, it's better to enable the Mature Content just in case they have younger viewers. From your Home dashboard, click “Settings” then click “Stream”. Under Mature Content, click the toggle so it shows a tick and turns purple, this means the feature is enabled.
