Thanos beat the Hulk in their Avengers: Infinity War opening fight by overpowering him with superior strength, skill, and strategy, not relying on the Power Stone, proving he's a formidable fighter even without the Infinity Gauntlet, using his bare hands to brutally subdue the Hulk, humiliating him and showing that pure rage could be overcome by a disciplined, powerful opponent.
Thanos isn't just a high level class 100 strength brawler. He has a wide array of powers and abilities that would allow him to take out a Hulk -almost any version of the Hulk -long before the creature gets angry enough and too physically powerful for him to defeat.

Hulk isn't worthy of Thor's hammer, but he can lift it out of pure strength. He just can't use it as anything other than a melee weapon or a projectile. The MCU and Joss Whedon have caused people to not realize just how strong and powerful Hulk is.
The hulk is saved by the grand master who uses the implanted device embedded in Thors neck to incapacitate him while the Hulk pummels him unconscious. Still this is viewed as a victory for Thor and makes the Hulk look weak.

The term "Blip" originated in Spider-Man: Far From Home and was used to describe half of the population disappearing due to Thanos' Snap, the five-year time period as well as the resurrection five years later.
