The final and most powerful technique of Sun Breathing in Demon Slayer is its thirteenth form. It involves a combination of all existing Sun breathing techniques — but performed in a consecutive manner. This technique's primary purpose is to slash all the twelve vital organs of a demon.
Known Techniques. Sun Breathing was initially created with 12 techniques all connected to one another by Yoriichi Tsugikuni. Later upon meeting Muzan Kibutsuji, Yoriichi perfected his swordsmanship form, creating a new unnamed thirteenth form.

This form is a repetition of every Sun Breathing form performed in succession that would kill Muzan by hurting all of his vital organs. In Chapter 192 of the manga series, Tanjiro realized that this s what the thirteenth form was. When he attempted to link the moves, he failed at first.
The Thirteenth Form of the Sun Breathing Style is unique in the sense that it doesn't really have a name of its own. Rather, it's a combination of all the twelve forms present in this style, used in succession to maximize their power. This move was devised by Tanjiro solely to defeat Muzan.
Tanjiro isn't Faster Than Zenitsu, not at all. He is Strong but Slow. So, Zenitsu Will Probably Chop Him Down to bits before tanjiro even pulls out his sword properly. There ya go!
Twelfth Form: Flame Dance Form of Sun Breathing
While its name is majestic, the Flame Dance form of Sun Breathing is simple. It involves launching a strong vertical attack followed by a quick horizontal slash.
Sixteenth Form: Moonbow, Half Moon ( - Kokushibo creates a barrage of downward crescent slashes from an extremely long and wide range, resulting in a powerful six-fold slash crashing down on his opponents; the attack itself is powerful enough to create several miniature craters where the slashes have landed.
This thirteenth form is the only technique capable of defeating Muzan Kibutsuji because it directly attacks all of his vital organs. Yoriichi almost nailed Muzan with this technique during their final battle.
It isn't a surprise that he was skilled enough to create Sun Breathing and that he perfected the art in such a way that even the Demon King and all the Upper Rank Demons stood no chance against him. With his bright red Nichirin Sword, Yoriichi stands tall as the strongest user of Sun Breathing in Demon slayer.

Yoriichi Tsugikuni is the creator of the Sun Breathing style and is also the strongest demon slayer that has ever lived. He existed nearly 500 years prior to the events of Demon Slayer and struck fear into the hearts of every demon he came across.
Eleventh Form: Dead Calm ( 拾 じゅう 壱 いち ノ 型 かた 凪 なぎ , Jū Ichi no kata: Nagi?) - The personal creation of the current Water Hashira, Giyu Tomioka. The user ceases all body movements and enters a state of complete tranquility, deflecting, blocking and cutting any incoming attacks with imperceptible speed with their blade.
3 Fifth Form: Heat Lightning
All the techniques that Kaigaku can unleash with his Thunder Breathing should make it evident that the majority of his attacks can be converted into ranged strikes that can seriously injure his opponent.
Third Form: Flowing Dance
When Tanjiro uses the third form, his blade flows through the air like waves flowing over the water's surface. The fluidity of the strikes demonstrates just what makes the Water Breathing techniques so powerful.
Fourteenth Form: Catastrophe, Tenman Crescent Moon
For a change, he doesn't involve the smaller moon blades in this move and relies on extremely powerful slashes only.
Clear Blue Sky ( 碧 へき 羅 ら の 天 てん , Heki-ra no Ten, lit. "Azure Heaven"?) - The user spins their body vertically to create a 360° slash.

Those who have read the manga know that Tanjiro's powers grow exponentially towards the end of the series. His skill and overall combat abilities could be compared to that of a Hashira's. That being said, there is absolutely no chance for Tanjiro Kamado to be able to beat Kibutsuji Muzan.
But, comparing the two characters in their best forms, Zenitsu might be just a tad bit faster owing to his Godspeed move.
