In the Poppy Playtime universe, Kissy Missy is considered the "better half" or significant other of Huggy Wuggy, and while there's no official baby in the main game, fan-made content and animations (like those by GameToons) feature a child character called "Kissy Player Junior," often depicted as their son, with some stories showing Player creating him to win Kissy Missy back. So, officially, no baby, but in fan-lore, yes, they have a son named Junior.

Frightening & Intense Scenes
If this was a movie, it would be rated PG-13 for violence and bloody/scary images. Very scary and lots of jumpscares trough the whole game. Lots of intense chase scenes. Very frightening monsters that chase for you and are trying to kill the player.
Huggy is also very durable; he was able to survive falling down the depths of the Playtime Co. factory and move on with only a few external injuries; at the end of Chapter 4, he is not seen limping, implying the fall did not do much damage to his performance. Such a fall would have certainly killed anyone else.
