God watches all of us constantly. He sees everything. We cannot hide from Him or keep any secret from Him. He even reads our minds.
The LORD watches over you— the LORD is your shade at your right hand; the sun will not harm you by day, nor the moon by night. The LORD will keep you from all harm— he will watch over your life; the LORD will watch over your coming and going both now and forevermore.
“The eyes of the Lord are everywhere, keeping watch on the wicked and the good” (Proverbs 15:3). He sees what is behind and what is ahead, all the threats, all the dangers. “God will bring every work into judgment, including every secret thing, whether it is good or whether it is evil” (Ecclesiastes 12:13-14).
We Are Precious and Honored in His Eyes
In Isaiah 43:4, it says, “Since you are precious and honored in my sight and because I love you, I will give people in exchange for you, nations in exchange for your life.” In God's eyes, we are precious and honored.
There are over 6 billion people in the world when you think about it, and God still thinks about us constantly. God can give us His undivided attention. God is not thinking about how far we have to go. God is thinking about how far we have come.
God has given us the power to take control of our thoughts. When overthinking becomes an obstacle to our relationship with Him, it's time to capture those thoughts! “… Fix your thoughts on what is true, and honorable, and right, and pure, and lovely, and admirable.
Instead, Micah listed out the three principles of what God asks of His people: to do justice, to love kindness, and to walk humbly with Him.
The God of all comfort keeps watch over your weeping. He gathers up all your tears and puts them in his bottle (Psalm 56:8).
“From heaven the Lord looks down and sees all mankind” (Psalm 33:13). Like Proverbs 15:3 explains, “The eyes of the Lord are everywhere, keeping watch on the wicked and the good.” God is keeping an eye on everyone. Nothing that happens in the world is out of His view.
He sees you in the Beloved—He sees you in Christ, and He sees the blood that has been shed for you by His dear Son. When God looks at you today, He sees Jesus. Because of this, His thoughts toward you are thoughts of loving-kindness, forgiveness, blessings, and favor.
The Bible teaches that God's sovereignty is an essential aspect of who he is, that he has supreme authority and absolute power over all things. And yes he is very much active, despite our perplexity. Scripture says, God works “all things according to the counsel of his will” (Ephesians 1:11).
All Sin is not the Same
In fact, the Book of Proverbs (6:16-19) identifies seven things that God hates although there is not any punishment proscribed for those. Scripture clearly indicates that God does view sin differently and that He proscribed a different punishment for sin depending upon its severity.
God Sees You as Forgiven
He does not hold your past sins against you. The Bible is clear on this point. God sees you as righteous because the death of his Son cleansed you from your sins. You don't have to worry about being holy enough because Jesus was perfectly holy when he went to the cross on your behalf.
Psalm 33:8
You can rest without worry or fear—all night—because while you rest God is watching over you. He is mighty and powerful, and he works all things for good for those who love him.

Second, He is “watching over us”. That means Yahweh, our personal protector, is taking care of us. He is providing for us, He is protecting us. Nothing we will ever encounter in the world we live in will dilute his grace in our lives. Nothing – absolutely nothing – has the power to get between us and our watchful God.
To remain diligent, we must be engrossed, totally absorbed, and fully engaged. We must immerse ourselves in faith, prayer, and meditation regarding God's call on our lives. All of this takes 100 percent of our focus and effort for us to accomplish what God has placed in our hearts.
God is with us always, and he cares about every little detail of our lives. God is watching out for me and you! Psalm 37:23-25, NLT The LORD directs the steps of the godly. He delights in every detail of their lives.
He hears our cries of unhappiness, pain, frustration, exhaustion, and fear. We can be honest with Him. His listening ear is always open to our prayers. His loving heart wants to embrace us as we cry on His shoulder.
Does God see me and my pain? The answer is certainly yes (see Deuteronomy 31:6 and Matthew 28:20).
It gives vent to grief, guilt, anger, fear, and frustration, as well as joy and happiness. Our broken heart and contrite spirit cry. Our tender mercies cry. Sometimes when the Spirit touches on the crusty, hardened parts of our heart and we soften up – we cry as a result.
He takes care of our physical needs.
God promises to provide what we need (Philippians 4:19, Matthew 6:31-32). He created the universe and gives food to every living thing — including you and me. The same God who provides food for the animals will not allow us to go without (Psalm 145:15-16, Luke 12:24-26).
Be Kind, Compassionate, and Forgiving. This verse is a wonderful reminder that we are to treat others the same way that Jesus treats us. He is always kind and compassionate toward us, even in our sin. His sacrifice on the cross sealed the forgiveness of our sin.
