According to a Fandom report, Tommy Sheehan was "medically disqualified." His Instagram profile is locked, so there's no way of knowing what caused him to drop out of the show. Was it an injury that deemed him unfit to play further? Only time will tell.
When asked if she had ever apologized to Kerrigan, Harding said she had multiple times. “Enough apologizing,” she said. Kerrigan told ABC News in April that she had never received a “direct” apology from Harding.

The case went to court, but was settled privately and parties are not allowed to publicly disclose information. Kenny, Evan and Tonya are all banned from the show.
And later at the elimination, host T.J. Lavin announced that Mitchell was gone from the game due to her breaking a rule, but he never clarified what rule was broken or what exactly happened. After that vague non-explanation, the show moved on.

The Challenge has permanently banned cast members
