Jedi Masters Oppo Rancisis and Coleman Kcaj, as well as Ka-Moon Kholi and Selrahc Eluos, were all confirmed by the Empire to have survived Order 66; but they could not find them because of how well they had hidden.
Originally known as Caleb Dume, Kanan Jarrus was the Jedi Padawan to Depa Bilaba during the Clone Wars. Thanks to the sacrifice of his master, Jarrus would survive Order 66 and go on to help form the Rebellion with the assistance of the crew of the starship, The Ghost.

Aftermath. Although Order 66 greatly depleted the Jedi Order's ranks, with an estimated less than 100 Jedi surviving it, it was only the beginning of the Great Jedi Purge, which stretched on for years and claimed the lives of many of the survivors of the initial onslaught.

Without Order 66, Palpatine would definitely lose. If Order 66 happened but not for some of the most powerful Jedi and the more battle-hardened and experienced Clones, Palpatine still loses even though many Jedi are killed.

Commander Cody Felt Guilt For Obi-Wan's Death
In Cody's case, he seems to have felt an increasing sense of guilt for what he presumably believed was Obi-Wan's death. He no longer believed orders should be obeyed without question, and instead considered himself responsible for following the orders he had been given.
A throwaway line in the final arc of The Clone Wars hints that the inhibitor chips in the clones let them know Palpatine's true identity.
Despite Cody's friendship with Obi-Wan, he didn't hesitate when he received Order 66 from Supreme Chancellor Palpatine at the end of the Clone Wars. Obeying the Republic's commander-in-chief, Cody gave the order to fire on his Jedi General, then sent troops to see if he'd been killed.
Arguably, some of the rarest types of Jedi were the so-called Iron Knights. These are members of the Shards species - crystals with a brain of their own. They were Force-sensitive and all trained under the tutelage of Jedi Master Aqinos. The Shards had droid bodies, similar to that of General Grievous.
Obi-Wan Kenobi
Through it all, Obi-Wan reveals himself to be one of the very best examples of what a Jedi Knight should be: selfless, kind, and willing to do whatever it takes to protect those in need.
But one Jedi stands above the rest and needs to start getting recognized as the greatest Jedi who ever lived. That is none other than Obi-Wan Kenobi. While this saga is ultimately the story of the Skywalkers, Obi-Wan is arguably the best and most pure Jedi to ever come out of it.
