Anakin Skywalker is likely going to win in a fight against Luke Skywalker. That's because Anakin was always one of the best lightsaber duelists of his time and had the potential to be the greatest Jedi of all. On top of that, he fought in an actual war with incredibly powerful enemies, such as Sith Lords.
Anakin, for sure. He was twice as powerful as Luke was at his age as he was trained properly in the use of the Force and in lightsaber combat. Luke had no style really, pretty much blindly slashing the lightsaber around when he was younger.

Yoda will most likely win in a fight against Darth Vader because he is more skilled with a lightsaber and has the experience and feats that allow him to trim whatever size and strength advantage Darth Vader has over him. In fact, Yoda nearly defeated Palpatine, something that Vader could never do.

As well as being a gifted bladesman Sidious' connection to the Dark Side is extremely powerful, granting Sidious the ability to conduct force lightning.
again… One of the main reasons why Yoda would've won against Anakin is simply because he was far better trained than him. Yoda could see the moves his opponents were going to make before they made them; therefore, battling against Anakin would've put him at a far heavier advantage.
In Star Wars Legends and Canon, Galen Marek (Starkiller) is the only Jedi (other than Obi-Wan Kenobi) to put a beat down on Darth Vader/Anakin Skywalker.
The question is which would win with both being in their primes. During Luke's prime he was able to use the force on creatures that were immune to all force abilities, rip apart his opponents for having a single scratch on any part of them, and communicate through the force across planets.
But one Jedi stands above the rest and needs to start getting recognized as the greatest Jedi who ever lived. That is none other than Obi-Wan Kenobi. While this saga is ultimately the story of the Skywalkers, Obi-Wan is arguably the best and most pure Jedi to ever come out of it.

Though Yoda was extremely powerful in his own right, Luke, in bringing an end to the Emperor's reign, was able to accomplish what his master never could. Yoda faces off against Darth Sidious in Revenge of the Sith, but isn't able to accomplish his mission.

Skywalker offers the lightsaber to Grogu. After Yoda's death in 4 ABY, the lightsaber with its accompanying storage box ended up in the possession of Yoda's last Jedi apprentice, Luke Skywalker.
Not even by Luke. Luke gave him unconditional love, but that's not forgiveness. Anakin, as Darth Vader, committed and was complicit in a whole bunch of genocides and other crimes.
Apparently, George Lucas made the lightsaber green because it looked better against the blue-sky background. But it was more than just another lightsaber. Constructing it represented Luke's status as a Jedi, and even Darth Vader recognized the accomplishment.
